Excellent after sales service
The order was delivered to the wrong address due in part to my failure to address the order correctly. They looked into the issue and responded to correspondence quickly and sympathetically. They kindly provided a refund after I reordered.
The product as usual was fit for purpose.

I would NOT recommend using WillPowder…
I would NOT recommend using WillPowder products. I only ordered once from them. Never again. Customer Service from WillPowders is dreadful. They sidestepped my complaint and were totally unhelpful.

My MCT oil leaked in transit. From my initial contact to getting a replacement bottle took all of 20 minutes! Fantastic customer service. On it straight away.. no quibbles.

Great customer service

I’ve been a customer for about 6 months…
I’ve been a customer for about 6 months and I think the products are exceptional. Particularly the collagen. I have arthritis in my neck and the difference in my daily discomfort since using it has amazed me! My skin is also a lot brighter, smother and there is definitely an improvement in the fine lines around my eyes!
The customer service is brilliant and so responsive. I had a damaged product and a new one was on its way less than 30 minutes after I contacted them about it.
Fab company all round.

Customer Service
I subscribe monthly to some of your incredible products. When I received my order this month the box was damaged by Royal Mail and had been taped up and put in a plastic bag. I was really surprised that this had happened so wrote to Customer Service and they have responded quickly, professionally and have sent me a replacement item for the damaged product I received. This is why I chose WillPowders because their quality and 5* customer service is beyond brilliant.

Superb products and customer service
I am a regular customer and love so many of the products. Today I received a pouch of MCT powder and unfortunately the pouch had leaked in the box. Customer service were superb and have sent a replacement within minutes of me raising it with them. Can’t fault the company or the service!

Hassle free shopping
I have been following this brand for awhile and I totally trust their ethos and committment to health. Cannot fault how smooth the process was from ordering to receiving the items. The packaging is so uplifting and trendy however I have dropped a star due to not recieving an invoice inside as one of the items may need to be returned. Customers need to have the invoice inside with info on contact in case you need to speak to them so this was very disappointing to me. I ordered bone broth not realising it contained milk and I am intolerant to this. Pls can you add plant based bone broth to your future products. I am enjoying the water melon electrolyte but not tried the Kombucha as i buy this regularly but thought I would try WP

Started 6 weeks ago, too soon to comment fully. But I am taking with raspberry ketone, I have lost weight on my hips and do feel a lot better for taking it. Will comment again in another month. Delivery is quick and the packaging is so snazzy.
