Started 6 weeks ago, too soon to comment fully. But I am taking with raspberry ketone, I have lost weight on my hips and do feel a lot better for taking it. Will comment again in another month. Delivery is quick and the packaging is so snazzy.

The customer service at WillPowders is above and beyond. I contacted them to say my Whizzer was no longer charging and within days I had a new one. Very impressive

Be aware of the subscription. I cancelled mine and 3 weeks later they sent it out anyway. After contacting them straight away I was told it had already been sent out so no refund could be given. Very disappointed in their response. It was their error so should have been refunded.

And see their reply! Still no mention of a refund. I’m not stupid I’ve had many subscriptions previously with companies. I know how to cancel one. Still no acknowledgement of their error.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel people should know about my experience.

I placed an order over £50 because the website was advertising a free gift with qualifying purchases. During checkout there was no prompt or option to add the free gift to my basket, so I reasonably assumed it would be included automatically as my order met the spending requirement.

When my order arrived without the gift, I contacted customer services to explain what had happened. Their response was simply that the terms and conditions stated the free gift had to be added to the basket. I explained that there had been no option to do this and that I had seen several other customers on Facebook saying they had experienced exactly the same problem.

Despite this appearing to be an issue with their website rather than customer error, they refused to send the free gift, even as a gesture of goodwill. There was no attempt to acknowledge the problem or offer any compromise.

What disappoints me most is the lack of customer service. I’ve spent hundreds of pounds with this company over the year, but it’s clear that customer loyalty means very little when something goes wrong.

The value of the free gift isn’t really the issue—it’s the principle and how the situation was handled. A small gesture of goodwill would have left me feeling valued as a customer. Instead, I’ve been left feeling ignored and disappointed.

Unfortunately, because of this experience, I’ll be taking my custom elsewhere in future and would encourage others to be aware of how promotional offers are handled before placing an order.

I LOVE Willpowders products as a fitness instructor of a certain age they help my body not only to keep going but to recover. I received a Mixer Bottle and the bottom was cracked, customer service dealt with this at lightening speed and another one is on its way. Very impressive, thank you Willpowders for amazing products and fantastic customer service xx

Also huge shout out to the amazing customer support/aftercare team, the guys/girls were absolutely brilliant at dealing with an incorrect order I had placed. My query was handled within hours!

I received an e mail to say another delivery was on the way which I had not subscribed to, however, after contacting Willpowders to complain it was apparently a glitch in their processing. I received a very nice e mail explaining the situation and their apologies.

I was unable to cancel my subscription on line and any advice given by the FAQs didn't work. A member of the WillPowders team got in touch very quickly and sorted it all out for me. Fantastic customer service especially considering I was cancelling an order!

Willpowders are a great company who dispatch and delivery orders so quickly. They are packaged well too and high quality products. I had a bottle of MCT leak and their customer service was brilliant. No quibbling, simply replaced the whole order. Cannot fault the company.

a friend recommended this and gave me a sample to try. I found it absolutely delicious and ordered a bag myself. Whilst I’m not taking any weight loss medication or drugs currently and I think it was advertised as being a good replacement for some of the vitamins or minerals people may loose when they are following a weight loss program, I found it quite calming and rather enjoyable before bed in the evenings. Goodbye again.

I've been using willpowders for some time now and follow Davina. I recently read futureproof and since I read it I've tried to avoid seed oils which is virtually impossible because it's in everything so I'm working on the 80/20 rule. I do feel an improvement although it's hard cooking everything from scratch but I'm getting used it. I would quite happily endorse willpowders. I don't use all the products mainly the collagen. Not keen on the kombucha found it quite concentrated but I'll continue to use the collagen and the MCT cream is great for your coffee

I am a new customer to this brand, attracted by its product selection and high-quality ingredients. The customer service team has promptly and efficiently addressed every query I had about the products. So far, I love the collagen—it's finely textured and blends easily into drinks, particularly the Keto creamer, which tastes great. I also add a splash of C8 MCT oil to my salad dressing. This has made a strong, positive first impression.

I have been using willpowers for some time now on a monthly subscription. i had an email come through to say if you purchase over £50 worth of goods you will receive the bottle free, when i made enquiry with regards to this offer i was informed that this is for one off purchase, so rather than treating loyal customers i have to cancel my subscription re order to get the bottle then go back to subscriptions. FOR LOYAL CUSTOMNERS ON MONTHLY SUBS I FEEL YOU SOULD MAKE THIS AVAILABLE OR AUTOMATICALY IF THEIR PURCHASE IS OVER £50

Used the willpowders collagen and mct for years, best on the market. Also use some of the supplements the Calm one I highly recommend. Everything is very well thought through before it's released, a company that actually cares about your health no fads here

My experience with Will powders is always great. From keeping my subscription running or ordering something new. I have been using Will powders for 3 years now and never looked back. I have tried most products and i'm never disappointed. I trust the process and never waste time doing any research any more as I know Davinia and her team have already don't it. All clean simple ingredients. Great delivery too!
