Nice friendly staff at Shrewsbury. The food not good. We paid £8.10 for a mega burger cheap Pattie, hotdog taste and no brown bun nore the special wimpy sauce, just ketchup.
The feel of the place just run down and no care.
Partner had spicy chicken burger. Didn’t taste spicy at all.
The total price nearly £30!
We could have gone to Burger King and got better quality burgers

Went for breakfast with my daughter and grandaughter this morning and was greeted with smiles! The breakfast was amazing and the staff was fab! What a relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend. Place was clean, there was no rush and the owner as usual was great and friendly.

My family and I went to Wimpy, Strood lunch time today. It has a relaxed/friendly atmosphere, the Waitress(I didn't get her name) and Chef were friendly and professional.

The food was great, better than Macdonald's or Burger King.

I highly recommend for everyone to visit Wimpy, Strood, Kent.

last Friday I tried to place order for McDonalds through Uber. For unknown reason it was impossible, so placed order for Wimpy. 1x banana shake, 2x regular chips, 1x wimpy chees burger and 1x wimpy qurterponder less chees. It came to £ 24.29 nearly 30% more than McDonald. However my qurterpounder which was £5.24 came with No inion, No tomato and No pickle slice. Just rotten yellowish Lettice. cannot attached the photo.

Just been to Wimpy at Pyramid shopping centre, Liverpool. Brought back amazing memories. The guy that ran the place was so lovely. Food was delicious and reminded me of my days working at Wimpy Long Eaton. We are from Notingham and miss having a wimpy around. It was worth the journey while visiting my youngest at uni to go.to one again. Thanks so much

Just had meal in Clacton restaurant. Good quality food and good service at table. However service at till not very good and appears I was overcharged. Asked if I wanted receipt. Should just give a receipt as courtesy. This makes you wonder about the honesty or professionalism of staff member.

Have not been to a Wimpy for ages. The one in the town I live in has closed down. Had a great experience at the Wimpy in Farnborough whilst visiting some friends. Food was piping hot and the staff were courteous and prompt with their service.

How can a double cheeseburger and fish finger burger with chips and two latte come to £27.50! Unbelievable. That’s my last Wimpy ever.

Visited wimpy Clarence pier Southsea Tuesday 14 September 2021.
The meal for me was a burger with bacon good also ordered 3 benders which were inedible and not properly cooked they were disgusting not cooked a bad experience overall

This is a rip off !
How can you charge £36.50 for 3 breakfast of double eggs, chips and bacon plus 3 lipton drinks???.

We visited this establishment yesterday for lunch, as a family. I have to say, I really couldn’t fault it. The service was brilliant, from start to finish. The place was clean and tidy, the food was hot and gorgeous! The time from ordering to meal arriving was only around 7-10 minutes, so all in all a pleasant experience. Exactly what one expects from a Wimpy burger. We were only there for around 45 minutes.

I ordered via just eat , wimpy rayleigh, essex. It was totally amazing. We had breakfast muffins, mine with hash brown . The egg burst in my mouth which is very unusual cause the egg is always hard from Macdonald.
Food was hot , on time and very delicious

The team at the new Wimpy in Bourne End are great but they are let down by food quality, the burgers offered by a burger van are (IMHO) a lot better quality than the tasteless grey meet served up at Wimpy. The chips are lovely and crispy but a bit tasteless. Please think about upgrading your food quality as the team are working hard but the product is poor.

Initially, I was excited to work at the Portswood Wimpy branch in Southampton when given the opportunity. I tried my absolute best to provide an excellent level of customer service in order to add value to the Wimpy brand.

However, it has been well over a month and I am yet to be paid. To add to this frustrating situation, the management at this particular branch have been outright rude and unprofessional when confronted about the status of my wages I am yet to receive.

To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. I believe the management at this branch are misrepresenting the Wimpy brand with their lack of professionalism, morals and ethics.
It seems as though they are only concerned about maximising their profits, rather than providing quality customer service and maintaining good rapport with their employees.

I hope this situation is resolved. This has been incredibly distressful for me, particularly during the pandemic.

Ordered Wimpy @Eltham from Just Eat, (Just Eat really quite appalling), however Wimply Eltham very helpful, held our food for about an hour before cooking as Driver not available, we eventually collected ourselves and they gave us a few extras! Food was lovely, I had forgotten how much I liked a Wimpy!

Placed an order with Wimpy Teddington. Ordered 4 milkshakes of which one did not arrive and 2(banana flavour) were so strong and syrupy they were undrinkable. The burgers were quite hard and generally not great. The onion rings were floppy and greasy. In all a big disappointment. We won’t be hurrying back here to order.

My husband and I were very pleased when Wimpy reopened in King’s Lynn. The food is always good, and good value, as is the coffee. The service is great and the staff are friendly. What we, especially, is the staff and owner remember us and always come to say hello.
