I like that I can call and talk to a real person and not some automated service. What I have a problem with is the shipping. Everything goes well so long USPS is in charge. As soon Canada post takes over it sucks. If USPS could find another partner that would sure make a difference

Bought system and was treated great by Trevor at Wind and Solar. He explained everything and took the time to draw a diagram on how to wire system. I received the wrong Battery by mistake, they had the correct one delivered to me right away. By the way, I am almost a 2 hour drive from them. Awesome people!

Great product, fast shipping and helpful service

David patiently answered all my questions. I won't give 5 stars until we have this winter behind us. That is the sole purpose of the purchase, stock tank aeration. That being stated, I'm confident that the purchased MWS products will perform as intended. Excellent customer service.

Same as what has made previous encounters with your company/people: Very knowledgeable and willing to take the time while being courteous and polite.

Prompt shipping after a brief consultation with Trevor. Very easy to do business with MWAS.

The quality of the wires connected to the controller all had to be redone. Poor workmanship. Wires not prepped properly to make solid connections.

I was having a bad day my aims 12k inverter quit working and was out of warranty. Missouri wind and solar are not allowed to repair aims inverters, i asked if they had a comparable unit in stock David said he had a 15k unit in stock and gave me a good price i asked who can repair the skymax units should i need warranty or repair he said they do the warranty and repair at their shop,great and with their help they got me a great rate to ship my 12k unit back to aims for repair, they handled the shipping and will recieve the unit back from aims saving me more money. I purchased my system more than a year ago, but had too much to do to get it up and running. In the meantime, I forgot half of what I'd been told about setting it up.
Trevor did everything possible to help.
For me, it's a long drive, but I'd rather do business with good people like Trevor, than buy from someone that hasn't earned my respect and trust.
Believe me, you can't go wrong with these guys.

The personalized instruction was so helpful. I couldn't imagine trying to figure out how to install a solar system without the two day class that I took at Missouri Wind and Solar.

Great turnaround and friendly Missouri associates and conversations with knowledgeable understanding of there product. I purchased all new solar panels and pond aerator equipment back in 2016. Reason I can't give a 5 star is having to send the convertor assy package back twice for replacement.
