Bought a car from Windmill, salesperson named Dave. Straight up & no nonsense. Pleasure to deal with. Couple of minor issues after that have been dealt with, with no fuss.

Not just a trusted company to buy vehicles from. I make regular use of the guys at Windmill for maintenance and MOT of older vehicles. Any faults found are recified quickly, efficiently and at a decent price.

Friendly and helpful team from start to finish. Absolutely zero pressure or messing around. Let us look round the car and take it for a drive on our own. Also picked up a few things we wanted doing quite happily to make the car perfect. Car was then all ready exactly as expected on the date/time agreed and we were on our way in 15 mins! Highly recommended, very easy to deal with, a long way from car dealers of old!

Windmill garage were honest and reliable during the buying process for my car, they were open to any requests for extra items when servicing the car before I collected it. I noticed some knocking when I got onto my local very rough road and they fitted a new tie bar with no quibble. The car has run seamlessly since I purchased it They have recently carried out a further service and MOT with no problems.

A very good experience. I went to look at a specific vehicle. It was exactly as described. Was able to test drive and collected the vehicle a few days later which had been fully serviced and MOT'd and was cleaner inside and out than cars that I have previously bought from dealerships.

Bought a car through finance from this garage. They sold us a car with major faults and then became difficult about us wanting repair. They really don't like to be questioned or challenged. Please do not buy from these people

I had a very small problem with some chrome trims on a mini my wife bought. Windmill quickly resolved the problem by ordering genuine mini parts and posting them directly to us. Very very happy with Windmill, the car is fantastic.

Windmill Motors were fantastic from the get go. We did have a few issues and hiccups but Kevin, Ibby and Sam were fantastic. They answered all my concerns about the vehicle and did a full inspection of the vehicle before purchasing. Everyone was brilliant and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. I was a little anxious due to previous bad experiences with other dealerships but I can honestly say it's been a pleasure during business with Windmill. They work to a high standard, aren't pushy and are genuine! Thank you!!!!Definitely recommended!!!

Our first contact with Windmill Motors was very pleasant.

Upon arriving at the garage we looked at the vehicle and spoke to a salesman as we had a few queries of which not all of them were answered but decided to take it for a test drive. Upon return we asked for a price for our current vehicle for a part exchange. Being told my vehicle showed signs of it being hit and some age related scratches didn’t feel the best sales approach.

The ‘salesman’ made it clear their prices are non-negotiable. Even with the fact that their car showed clearly that the near side had had a poor match paint job due to rear door being different colour. This they could not explain. Our customer experience with them was lacking compared to all others we had seen recently

In the end we made our 2 hour journey home as it was clear money was more important to them than customer service and having the ‘human touch’. We look forward to spending our money at a garage that deserves it.
