Well, let’s see I was given a scheduled appointment for a specific date and time and in my mind I would of thought okay everything is ready and all together however, an appointment was made for me for August 20 between 11 and 1 yet nobody showed up, nobody called me to tell me there was no screen in the warehouse anymore. It’s not a joke that the job that you did cost $11,000 worth of work and I got out of it broken plants, broken lights, broken ornaments. I got a window in my living room that doesn’t open all the way I got a screen in my bedroom that does fall out of the window get your stuff together if you’re gonna put your name on something do it with dignity do it with class do it with respect I paid $11,000 for these windows Since June 18th I believe I’ve been dealing with this crap and I’m done the next thing I do is hit Facebook with it. You wanted it honestly got it, it’s terrible of a company to such a job. I’ve made repeated calls, remade appointments; to work around there mess ups and yet they still don’t show up on the dates THEY confirmed to still not have the job FIXED or completed. I am NOT happy with this “job” they have done and or haven’t done… compensation IS expected.

We were happy with the initial process but the crew never did a walk through with us and rushed the window cleaning process which left us with glue, foam insulation, and finger prints all over 8 of the 11 windows that were installed. We called to complain and were told someone would come out to clean them within a week, once we were scheduled the person assigned to come out told us he didn’t have a ladder so he would have to take out all the windows to clean them; this of course was very inconvenient and we asked for someone else to come out with a ladder. Needless to say we spent a lot of money on new windows and were left with glue covered windows and are still waiting for this to be resolved. Very disappointed in the final stages of this project. We live in an HOA and most units need new windows, we went with sliders and other home owners were really excited to see what they would look like but after they saw the windows and how dirty they were left most have said they would not use window nation for their window replacements.

The salesman Jerome was very nice and informative. The guys who installed the windows were prompt and efficient. The new windows look great

I was told during the initial interaction with the sales rep and also the person that comes out to do final measurements that the company does NOT hire subcontractors and all work is done by their people and it was a LIE! Luckily I have cameras installed in my home and caught one of them snooping around my stuff and had to rush over to confront the worker! Overall the work did get done quick.

Wrong window installed. Two screens delivered ripped. Wasn’t told AC could not be screwed into window in advance. Window and screens to be replaced but may be 2 or more weeks.

I have not had my inspection yet, I will let them know. I don't know how to open the windows and I have a scratch on one

Knowledgeable, polite, HONEST, timely, neat, helpful. The best experience I have had with a service organization in years. You should be proud of those 2 gentlemen. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

Great experience from the start and great installation and windows

I had no complaints with the work done at my home. Everything was completed quickly and efficiently. I would definitely hire them again!

We recently had windows installed a few weeks ago and needed a few minor adjustments with the screens.
technician, Ryan arrived on time, he was very courteous and explained the adjustments that he would be making. Once he completed the work he thoroughly explained what he did and wanted to be sure I was pleased with the results, which I was. If you’re in the market for windows I highly recommend scheduling an appointment. You won’t be disappointed!

The installers were very respectful, professional, clean and showed up on time ready to work. When they completed the job, you couldn't even tell I had work done in my house. They were faced with some challenges with my slider door, but worked through them and ensured everything was done at a level that I would be happy with.

I had a good feeling even though when they called the info wasn't correct.The tech who came out to measure for the installation had mentioned they usually have most hardware on their trucks and it held true because the 2nd part of the service call wasn't on the work order but he was able to complete the job without another visit

Prompt service, good work

First of all, both installers arrived promptly at 7am. You might think this is early but, you work with the weather, too. Came to door, introduced themselves and asked to come in and check, making sure we accommodated with a spacious area to work. we prepared their areas to work, but, they did not start making loud noise till 8am-ish. Considerate. Worked well, one guy doing 2nd floor windows and other, downstairs windows and lastly, both doing front storm door. When all was checked and cleaned, they received our check to pay Window Nations.

From start to finish the process was seamless. The installers were professional and courteous and a minor issue was resolved quickly after the installation was complete.

Would not hesitate to recommend Window Nation!

It was done very professionally and timely. I had 8 windows installed and they were thorough, cleaned up and done in 4 hours
