Windscreenmedics Reviews

Emil and Steve came out same day to a smashed window and replaced the rear window in 20 minutes. Highly recommended.

Thanks so much to the Windscreen Medics team! Unfortunately I was the victim of a theft and they had smashed my window. I called windscreen medics, they promptly booked me same day and the two amazing guys were out to my place within hours and fixed it within 30 minutes. I’m very grateful and would recommend them highly! Thanks again!

I want to thank Allen for taking my enquiry on a public holiday and getting back to me immediately with a quote. Thanks to Sam and James who replaced the windscreen Fast, Efficient and Friendly. Kept me informed.

I just want to say a massive thank you to windscreenmedics for coming out on extremely short notice to fix my passenger screen window that was broken into. They did a phenomenal job and completed it within minutes. Definitely recommend them for all window screen repairs.

Got a new windscreen that was supposed to have a rain sensor. Rain sensor doesn't work Repair was fast but left small cracks in the plastic surrounding the bottom of the windscreen. If you want a cheap fix that gets the job done it's alright but if you want it professionally done I recommend going somewhere else and paying some more money. The service was pretty mediocre as well. I'm giving it 3 stars only because it’s value for money.

10 outbof 10 service. Boys came out to my house and had the new passengers side windows replaced in 15 mins.

I sent an email to about 8 businesses in the area of Dandenong South. Allen from Windscreen Medics was one of the first to respond with the price and availability that they had. I waited for a response from other businesses before I responded as the quotes were hundreds of dollars different. I sent the cheapest quote I received to Allen who then quoted me $20 less, so I booked in. Leo and his technician came out to my workplace the next day and fixed my windscreen within 20 minutes. A brand new windscreen was used and not second hand, and I am very happy with it. The service I was provided by Allen, Leo and the technician was also great.

Very affordable and reliable windscreen replacement shop. Had me in and out in 1hr

Very Unprofessional, Unprofessional on the phone, Installed second hand damaged scratched glass, Technicians are not even professional Installers and caused more damage, Don't waste your time and money with this company. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT ARE QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS.

Excellent service by Sam and the team. My rear window was smashed and had my tools stolen last night so i called around and Sam helped me and offered me same day service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend

Was quoted by Allen on a NEW rear windscreen
They installed a scratched second hand windscreen
I have photos to show the second hand window
I could have gotten one for way less if I wanted second hand
Very disappointed with them would never recommend

Excellent next day service, at a very reasonable price! Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the agreed time to complete the work was changed to later in the day, otherwise I would definitely recommend!

Dodgy & misleading. I was quoted for a window replacement over the phone and told the window was in stock. The service rep came to my office to replace the window and tried to charge me more. I contacted the office again and the owner (?) agreed that the price was different to what I was quoted, but wouldn't come down as far as the price originally given, and what I had agreed to. The window installed was used and damaged. I was never informed of this. When I queried the condition of the window via email, Windscreen Medics implied that I should have known the window was used based on the price (which had changed three times), and sent through a screen shot showing me that there are no new windows in stock. I have no idea what a new window costs. I was told over the phone "yes I have that in stock". I was never told it was a used part, and I was never told it was damaged. They change the price, they don't inform you of the condition of the part they are supplying, and they replace with damaged goods. Dishonest, unhelpful, unfriendly, misleading.
