I am digitally impaired but by telephone and internet interface the agent guided me through a glitch on the site that would not let me proceed. The patience and ingenuity displayed by Jonel was exceptional and deeply appreciated

My Shipment arrived with one bottle broken. James was very helpful. We agreed to have a credit applied to my account for the broken bottle. Very efficient and courteous.

I have ordered from wineinsiders for many years. They have frequent sales. The quality of their wines is superb.

Wine Insiders has a great assortment of wines at excellent prices and deals. Associates are knowledgeable and friendly. They ship fast and communication is excellent. I deducted one star for FedEx as a shipper!

I LOVE Wine Insiders! I discovered them at the beginning of COVID and I have been happy ever since. Even when there were delivery issues and the occasional "bad" wine, this company stands by their word and commitment to customer service.

I also enjoy the decent prices for some lovely wines that I have found to be as good, if not better, than popular and pricey selections.

I am grateful that delivery is to my door and that I can keep my wine fridge stocked with enjoyable varieties.

When FedEx delivered my shipment to someone else entirely, Wine Insiders shipped me a new box immediately. When there was a week delay in shipping on their end, they sent me a $25 voucher to use on my next shipment. When I got a rare bottle that I didn't like, they gave me a credit immediately. When they sent a couple of incorrect bottles, they gave me credits for those and told me to keep the incorrect ones. On the other hand, I have ordered a lot from them and they usually do get everything right, but when they haven't, they have solved the problem to my satisfaction every time. And they deliver great value for the money.

My discount was not working and they worked hard to make sure I got may discount!

Customer Service fixed my issue effectively and efficiently. The agent was pleasant and helpful.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY CAN ONLY SHIP MY ORDER AFTER A WEEK AND I CANNOT CANCEL IT THE DAY I ORDERED UNLESS I PAY A $25 FEE! WHAT A SCAM?!

The attendant was courteous, well informed and very helpful. I was able to complete and correct the issue I had during this first call.Excellent selection of wines.

My order was corrected and the representative understood right away what I wanted.

I just tried to take advantage of the Memorial Day sale which says if you order any 15 bottles of wine you will receive a 50% discount at checkout. That was not happening for me. I contacted their customer service and was informed that the wines I was ordering were not eligible for a discount. So much for the ad stating ANY. Customer service also stated that they would inform marketing for future sales. But they have been doing this almost one year maybe even longer anytime I will order during one of their sales the discount ever applies to my orders. That is why I have not purchased one from them and almost a year. Don't do false advertising and think it is acceptable.

When I needed to call Wine Insiders, they have always been helpful. I called today regarding my shipment. I have it sent to FED EX, because it's easier to pick the wine up there, instead of wondering if the driver will deliver it. Was confused about the delivery notification from FED EX, I called to verity that the shipment was going to the correct FED EX. I was reassured it was, and when I went, the wine was there.
I enjoy how fast I receive the wine.

Wine insiders is really great to order from. I got my shipment today and OMG glass all inside , bottles broke. I called and I talked with a couple of representatives and they told me they would replace the shipment. I sent over everything they asked for to get my shipment out right a way. I received my new reshipment order number. I really appreciate the kind customer service I received today. I have ordered from the company many times. Every once in awhile they will throw in a thank you gift. Thanks again!
