The speed of delivery impressed me, and the wine selection is quite good.

Excellent selection, delivered safely on time. Any emails that the company sends you are informative and interesting. Highly recommended to anyone who might not know every in and out of wine drinking, like myself. My selection turned out to be exactly what was described.. quality, content, and value overall far exceeded my expectations. I will be ordering again very soon:-)

Ordering was easy, delivery time was fast!

I have purchased four or five cases of wine from this company and have been impressed with their efficiency in processing my requests and shipping the wine. Some of the wines (all under $20) have been a touch disappointing, but that is my problem, not WineOnline's. That means that I should do more homework and is not a criticism of the company.

I have been very satisfied with all the wines I have purchased and the ratings were very accurate.

This is the second time I have ordered from WineOnline and have found their service first rate. They were responsive when I called to find out why a partial order was delivered - some wine is shipped directly from the Wineries and was in advance of the rest of the order - and they stacked the cases exactly where we asked them to.

Long time customer. Tried to use the new web site. Several tries, different browsers, couldn't place a simple order! Very frustrated. Called to complain. After office hours so got recording. Left a message saying what I had tried to order. Got an email confirmation the next morning. Correct credit card charged. Wine delivered next day. Will always just call in future. Only residual complaint is that I had an accumulated credit point balance that was not deducted from the invoice.
Love their choices, prices and fast delivery!
Hence 4/5 overall!

I ordered wine on a Friday before a weekend but now after another week and the weekend has passed (10 calender days later), i still haven't got the wines, nor any notice or explanation.
Luckily this hasn't happened before and I hope it's an unusual, not to be repeated experience...but I suggest that a notice be sent out when delays of more than 5 days are likely

WineOnline has a fine list of wines at all levels, including some really terrific things in the under $15 range. Their speedy delivery and friendly staff are a delight to deal with. I hardly go near the LCBO any more...

First pick was outstanding value, and my order arrived in 2 days. I plan to buy from WineOnline first from now on. So refreshing to have an alternate source for wine without having to mortgage the house ! The site has many good priced selections and I plan to try a bunch of them ! Nice to have free shipping as well, no hidden costs, what you see is what you pay.

I ordered a case of GB 51 and it was shipped to me in three days. Great service and great selection! Would definitely order again from Wineonline.

I'm a huge fan and regular customer of WineOnline.ca. Have never been disappointed with anything I've purchased. However, the new website is very cumbersome. As one example, clicking on "buy now"on the old site would take you directly to the order page. Now you have to search through the inventory to find the product you want. Hope you can revisit the site and make it more intuitive as it was before it was "improved".
