Even though UPS messed up with the delivery and my package got sent back. WineRacks customer service took care of the re-delivery process very nicely. Got it right on time.

Design is thoughtful and the rack parts were packed with great care. All predrilling (for screw assembly) was precise.
I ordered a finished mahogany rack. I was not prepared for unsanded wood.
The assembly instructions could be clearer.

The stackable wine racks are the perfect solution to our wine storage issue. We ordered seven of the racks - two of them arrived with some damage to the parts. Called the company, sent them pictures of the damaged parts and they shipped replacement parts the next day. Good customer service for sure.

Product was as expected, basic but effective. There were a couple of decent sized broken-off pieces of wood, but I fixed them with wood glue in about 5 minutes.

These racks are practical but create a very sophisticated look. They are fairly easy to install and are very sturdy.

Everything worked out well. Rack looks great full of vino!!

The wine racks were continuously delayed in shipping. Once they did arrive the pallet was so bad and falling apart, the shipper had to put the WineRacks pallet on another pallet just get the lift under it.
Assembly of certain of the smaller wine racks was quite difficult since the construction of the pieces at the factory was misaligned and poor. My contractor and I had to cut and re-work many of the pieces so they would go together. This was time consuming and added extra expense.
Finally, there were a total of seven screws short, requiring another trip to the hardware store. Really, you can't include extra screws in a $5,000+ purchase?

My wine rack is beautiful. Just what I wanted. Easy directions and easy to put together. Looks great in my wine room. I love it.

I spent $12,000 on a set of three black walnut racks. It took four tries (different shipments) over 4 months for them to send all the correct pieces. Some of the product is clearly black walnut but the side pieces and connectors appear to be particle board with a black walnut finish. This was not described on the website when you order.

The assembly directions (available on their website) leave a tremendous amount to be desired. One item of note, after I assembled one of the cases with a diagonal display and mounted it to the wall I realized that the wine bottles would not fit without hitting the wall. I had to disassemble the unit and create my own one inch spacers and then remount. It would have been very helpful for them to describe this or provide spacers.

Everyone at the company was very nice each time I called and tried to get the issues fixed but the mistakes just went on and on. Quality control is severely lacking. They did provide a "small gift" for my troubles. It was a spot cleaner that when I looked on Amazon retailed for $21. They ignored my written request to provide any financial credit for all the issues. It hardly feels like adequate compensation for what I went through.

Ultimately, I like the final product but would not buy from them again due to all the issues.

The stain that was applied to the wood (Cherry) was red and not the color expected. In addition, some of the pieces where connected are not at 90 degree angles.

Order experience was great and received product racks in a timely period of less than 5 days. Install was time consuming but the end product looks wonderful in our glass enclosed area. Thank.

Customer service is awful with respect to response time to answer questions prior to a purchase. The customer service rep I was working with does not even know their own products. It has taken weeks to answer simple questions.
