Helena of Winsurance has recently worked with our family on several different types of insurance coverage regarding our move to Portugal.
We have been extremely pleased with how quickly she has responded each time to complicated coverage requirements that we have had. Her approach has been clear and on point in putting the pieces of the puzzle together to meet our needs exactly.

I was recommended to Winsurance through Expats Portugal. Nuno recommended MGEN during the webinar and went into quite a bit of detail. However, I like to shop and compare. Helena was very patient and answered all my questions. She sent me comparison policy charts which explained differences. After I made my final choice, Helena expedited the sign-up process. Excellent customer service.

My family and I are in the process of obtaining our D7 and D8 Portuguese Visas. As part of the process we are required to obtain travel insurance. Helena was amazing to work with! She replied to our emails within an hour, provided us with clear communication (in English!), worked diligently to process our information, and wrote our policies with ease. She is an expert at what she does and was incredibly kind throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend working with Helena and their Winsurance agency. Winsurance is the best. I had a great experience using their services for travel insurance and private health insurance during my Portuguese VISA process. They were very friendly, communication was clear and frequent to keep me up to date on every step, and they made it easy. I highly recommend them and will be working with them again in the future.

Nuno and Helena were both very responsive and provided very clear and easy to understand directions and information. Their English is better than most Americans. Helena worked diligently on our request for Travel/Incoming insurance throughout her evening until 10pm local (PT) time. She is excellent!
