My granddaughter is going away to…
My granddaughter is going away to college in the fall.
I bought my daughter the book to write her some loving words of advice, and share how she handled different situations when she experienced them at her age. My daughter cried when she received it on Christmas. It's a wonderful way to help create a bond between mother and daughter.

Order never arrived and getting a…
Order never arrived and getting a refund was incredibly difficult. Being yelled at by customer service and having a horrible experience would not bring me back to this site for any reason. Sad because I have 3 children that would have lived these books.

From the very first time you contacted us about the delivery delay, we were fully transparent about the situation, your order was delayed, but it was still in transit and on its way to you. We completely understand how frustrating shipping issues can be, especially when they’re out of our control, and we always do our best to address customer concerns.
While our policy doesn’t allow for full refunds solely due to delivery delays, we listened to your concerns and, after further discussion, agreed to refund your order, even though it was still on its way. We processed the refund promptly, but despite this, a bank dispute was opened after you had already received the refund notification.
We genuinely try to put ourselves in our customers’ shoes, but we also ask for understanding in return, especially as a small business without the financial capacity to absorb every shipping delay as a loss. We have thousands of satisfied customers, including some who have experienced even longer delays but remained patient and understanding.
In your case, you will likely end up with both a full refund and your order delivered for free. As we explained in our email exchanges, we could also have arranged an immediate express reshipment if that was your preference, but you requested a refund.
We truly did everything possible to explain the situation and support you through this experience, which was unfortunately out of our hands. We wish things had gone differently and hope you’ll consider this perspective.

Ordered multiple items. Only 2 in the bag. Reached out to their customer service and they said there was nothing they can do. I ordered the extra pens and the mini envelopes that did not show up. I asked if they'd put those in the mail and they declined. Terrible customer service. Terrible.

I'm only at the beginning
I'm only at the beginning of my journey, my kids are 2 1/2 and four months. I love that I have time to think of these things and consider what they'll need and consider my thoughts for them. I didn't do a baby book, so I can give them something so much more beautiful and meaningful with this.

Sweet sentimental gift
I love the book, it will be such a treasure to give to my daughter as she leaves for college. I'm already invested in filling it out, but some of the questions seem a bit redundant. I feel like if the book was a bit shorter it would be easier to fill out in a better timeline. Thanks!
