I ordered a dress for Black History Month on January 31 and never received it. Then, in April, I receive a tracking number that says the dress was delivered on March 26 by the postal service. The postal service informed me that the tracking number I was given was for a small package weighing less than 1 ounce. A dress would certainly weigh more than that. I am still waiting on a refund.

I made a purchase and never received my product.
I don’t want to send any stars. I’m very disappointed

I ordered a t-shirt on February 4, 2026. I got a tracking notice on February 12, 2026. When I was able to check it ; it was very clear that the tracking was fake. More than two months later, the item never arrived. They are a scam and will take your money and run.

Well, first, I should have researched the reviews before placing an order that took 4 weeks to come. Their tracking link did not work. You have to select two sizes larger than the correct size. The material is very cheesy, and I can see all the stitching through the material!!!

Please do not order from WMN Black. I never received my item. What I did receive almost 45 days later was a small envelope with a UPS tracking number on it. So, technically the UPS tracking will make it look as if the item was delivered, when in fact it wasn't. This place is definitely a SCAM....DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!

I ordered V-neck color blocking print long dress in February. I kept emailing because I did not receive my order by mid March. I could only email,because there is not a business number to call and speak with a person. I finally got the dress March 30th. The dress looks nothing like what’s advertised on line. The material is very poor quality. Because of this experience, I will never order from wmn company again. I am so disappointed ☹️

I ordered a dress on Feb. 12, 2026. On March 24, I contacted them since I had not received my dress. They claimed my dressed was delivered on Feb. 25, 2026, but I did not receive anything. They asked me to check with my neighbors and the Post Office. None of my neighbors have received my package.
I asked them for a tracking number to go to the Post Office with and if a picture was taken of the package delivery at my door. Neither request was honored. Upon further investigation, I learned that this is a company in Hong Kong and not African-owned at all.
This company is a scam and not legit and just takes your money!

They can improve by being honest. The items quality is NOTHING like the actual product. It takes a LONG time to receive your purchase and if they respond to an email, it’s days later with an untrue response. It deserves 0 stars.

I ordered two outfits in January and have not received them as of yet. I have emailed them several times and have not gotten a confirmation as to where my package is. I requested a refund and have not receive that either. Do Not Buy Any Product From This Company!!

I purchased a egyptian Anka dress for my birthday. I am very highly upset. Wmnblack.com sunt me a FAKE DRESS THAT DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURE THIS PARTICULAR DRESS THAT WAS ADVERTISED. I RECEIVED THE AND THE DRESS IS HORRIBLE. I MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. SENDING E-MAIL MESSAGES. TO CUSTOMER SERVICE .THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT E-MAIL ADDRESSES. I SENT MESSAGES TO BOTH WMNBLACK.COM HAS NOT CONTACTED ME ITS BEEN A WEE. IFEEL LIKE MY MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN .I REQUESTED THE ORIGINAL DRESS BE SENT WHAT I ORDERED. OR SEND ME A REFUND. ALSOTHERE IS NO TOLL FREE PHONE NUMBER ON WEBSITE. THE PHONE NUMBER IS CHINA .AND TO CALL THE NUMBER YOU NEED TO PURCHASE CALLING CARD.NOW THE DRESS I PURCHASED WAS$40.00. AND ITS GONE IM NOT GOING TO KEEP SENDING E-MAIL. I CONSIDER IT A LOST WMNBLACK.COM RUINED MY 60TH BIRTHDAY. MY THEME FOR MY PARTY. WAS EGYPTIAN QUEEN. SO I ENDED UP WEARING SOMETHING ELSE.THE LESSON HERE IS READ REVIEWS AFTER REVIEWS. THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM DONT ORDER YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU PAYEDFOR. I GUESS ILL GIVE THE DRESS TO ONE OF MY GRANDDAUGHTERS THEY CAN WEAR FOR HALLOWEEN.

My package never came at all and I was suppose to come today and the website is wrong they stole my money from me.

These people at WMN are theives and scammers. They’re online sites and businesses should be banned immediately. After ordering 2 items at $81 on January 31,2025 for Black history. Those items never came. Received mail that package was sent. Fake tracking number. No calls, no follow ups. I am spreading the word. Don’t say you weren’t warned. Stay away from these crooks. They are not Black owned, nor do they operate in the USA. Run!!!

I ordered from this company, never received my order after a month. I emailed them in early March 7. Inquiring about my order from feb 02, 2026. I got a generic reply that said they were behind. I placed 3 orders finally today 03/19/2026 i got one dress and soon as i got it i knew it was piss poor quality. If I do not receive my other orders by tomorrow. I will dispute the charge with my bank!

I placed a order on February 7 2026 for 2 dresses..never received my order yet..this is a scam I wish I could have found this before I ordered

I ordered a dress on February 3rd to wear for Black History. But I have yet to receive the dress. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company. I will never order from these crooks again.

Absolutely awful. Took over 4 weeks for delivery and poooooor quality. The print on the dresses looked like they were copied on a laser (paper) printer.

Order came very late and you can't get in touch with them for a return.

I ordered from this company and never received my order. I commented on one of their ads and someone then reached out and never responded again after. I hope they all go to jail for robbing people! They probably aren’t even in the states! I disputed the charge through my bank.

I've been waiting over two weeks for my shirt since purchasing it on February 12. I received an email stating my package is on the way on February 18, 20206. It's now Friday, March 6, and nothing has happened. I've emailed several times in regard to my product. If you email them, don't hold your breath for a response. I should have read the reviews first. I will never order from them again.

I wish I could give them a zero. DO NOT order from this company. I never received my order from January. I cannot get a refund. This turned out to be a SCAM. I wish I had done my research first.
