First time ordering. One of my vapes had gone out of stock and I received a message asking if I'd prefer an alternative within a couple of hours of placing the order which was unexpected. Excellent prices too. Will buy again. Fab

Wolf Vapes is a good company I made an order today that I was having trouble with postage so I contacted them a customer service was very helpful they were polite and friendly they helped me finish my order correctly that you’re a cheap and have a wide selection and other products with Vapes I 100% recommend this company to anyone that is looking for a good vape shop this is the one you need to use I have use many before but by far this is the best and cheapest I have found I am very happy with Wolf vapes You will not be disappointed

Great customer service
Ordered a vape which seemed to be faulty out the box.
Despite an initial misunderstanding between Customer Support and I, Wolfvapes reached out to me by telephone, explained the situation and offered to replace the item and even include another for free.
Top notch customer service. Would shop again.
