Highly Recommendable
I experienced a fantastic customer service throughout the period of getting a car from WooCarz on finance.
Adrian did amazely well to get me a car, though I was a bit picky yet he patiently allowed me to make an informed decision. He got me a finance for 48 months with a reasonable interest rate. Answered all my questions, that got me reassured.
Oh Martin! So friendly and engaging, he delivered the car to my home address, though I was not informed it will be delivered on the day Martin did. But I love surprises, so it was an exciting moment for me 🤣.
Sure, I will definitely recommend friends to patronize Woocarz.

Kupno, wybur i obsługa Pana Sebastiana ok, dalej już same problemy, nie mogę przerejestrować auta na siebie(ktoś podał.zle dane do DVLA bądź coś innego zrobili źle) zielony świstek new keeper wogole nie było w dokumentach a pan Sebastian twierdzi że było, 8 tygodni czekam na dokument V5C który nadal nie przyszedł, telefony do komisu wyglądają tak że za każdym razem opisuje sytuację i słyszę tylko że przekażemy sprawę do menadżera i się odezwiemy ale cisza, road tax się skończył a ja nie jestem wstanie opłacić nowego bo auto nie jest na mnie. Przez kilka.tugodni próbowałem.gr,ecznie rozmawiać i pytać Pana Sebastiana czy coś z tym robi to jedynie co powiedział to że będzie zrobione ogarniemy czekam na menadżera itp. Jeśli ktoś z obsługi czyta ta recenzje proszę bardzo o kontakt w celu załatwienia tej sprawy.

SCAMMER SCAMMER!! For a week I waited for a car that was supposed to be clean and beautiful. They brought the car as if it had been stored in a barn under hay, dirty smelly upholstery inside was moldy. I did not accept the car, I also paid a deposit. They haven't answered my phone since then. Please stay away from them!

Ian B is the top guy!
Would like to say a huge thank you to Ian B - he really went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. He took on board everything I wanted and went through their availability with a fine tooth comb. When I came to look/pick up car it was exactly what I wanted and in immaculate condition.

Scamers
Scamers! Selling a car with hidden defects is an everyday thing in this company. On my example, I warn you not to start anything with them at all. Before buying, they can write back even late in the evening just to sell the car, but after everything, contact breaks off to a minimum, washing the eyes, not answering the phone on the order standard. Fortunately, in my case, the car was on credit and the Bank helped to terminate the contract with them, so I didn't lose anything, and I would have been left with a vehicle with a damaged automatic transmission with a valuation of less than £5,000!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR YOUR OWN GOOD AND PEACE OF MIND.
Edit: But the vehicle was purchased from you Best Price Car Sales It's a shame to bring a car with a broken gearbox for £4600 and your salesman Adrian doesn't like answering messages as much as answering the phone. I have a screenshot as proof.

Firstly, we are NOT scammers and this statement, we consider to be highly defamatory. We apologise if you wasn't dealt with as promptly as you would have liked. We do not have any option, of "not answering the phone" because we use a hunt group phone system which is also monitored by two line managers. But we do have an effective voicemail service, which is standard for most businesses. Did you use this?
The reason the bank or lender assisted you with your query is because the car is owned by them and not WOO Carz, we are merely a broker and not a lender.
As with all of our cars, they are fully inspected and driven by our delivery drivers or test driven by our customers before they accept the delivery and sign off on it. We are not in the business of selling cars with so-called hidden defects, because if this was the case, we would be out of business from a multitude of customer complaints and not have a current review rating of 4.4 / 5.

ATTENTION!!!
Hello everyone. There was no option without a single star😵💫 so I had to give one. I warn everyone against buying a car from Woo carz. We wanted to buy a car from them a year ago. We gave a deposit and to this day we have not received the deposit back. And we resigned from buying a car from them after giving an advance payment because they did not fulfill the contract. There was a specific date of receiving the car and they have not answered the phone since receiving the deposit. We waited a few days after the date and the husband said that he was giving up buying from them and they claimed that someone had already left with the car. And nothing like that happened. The pissed off husband resigned and unfortunately they brazenly said that they would not give us the deposit back because we resigned. And it's not like that. They did not honor the terms of the contract. And one more thing: We haven't seen the car with our eyes and they expected the payment of the entire amount when the car left for us 😏 They change the name of the dealership on average every now and then. They block my husband on facebook so that he doesn't warn other people about buying a car from them and note: they remove all negative comments.
I'll say AWAY FROM Cheaters!!!
I'm just in the process of starting a court case.

Jak pieniążki im wpłynęły a zażądał £5000 !!!depozytu.. Kontakt się urwał! nie odpisywał nie odbierał telefonów!w końcu we wtorek dowiedziałam się ze auta nie będzie... kredytu też..mąż ma excelence credit score i dobre zarobki pomimo to nie..ponieważ pan Adrian wpisał inną datę urodzin,fałszywe dochody,których my mu nie podaliśmy,podaliśmy zgodnie z prawdą!Teraz wysyła mnie do managera Jana Parkera,który miał niby przelać pieniążki dziś!26/06. To nie prawda co odpisali mi poniżej,że próbowali mi dostarczyć wymarzonego SUVA!!!Tak jak wyjaśniłam wyżej tak było! Po wpłacie depozytu kontakt się urwał! Po wystawieniu opinii gdzie się dało dopiero skontaktowali się ze mną zwrócili pieniądze,gdyby nie to nigdy bym pieniędzy nie odzyskała.
Nie klamcie i miejcie odwagę się przyznać jak traktujecie klientów oszuści!!!

This company sold a very bad car for me. The car had problem just 2 days after delivery.The dealer(Matthew) started tossing me around to take the car had just bought to a garage. Since the then the car had been with the mechanic every week spending money on it and yet not working .Avoid this company if you can . We are quite surprised and taken back with what we have read regarding your review on the poor service you have accused Matthew and WOO Carz of.
Firstly, your car in question was purchased on the 3rd of November 2022, which was followed up by a courtesy message to you via WhatsApp from Matthew on the 13th of January 2023, checking all was okay. (we have proof of contact and your reply) Your actual response was, "Car is good for now" and you went on to say, "I will upgrade after 18 month".
We also received an invoice stating you had repairs carried out on the 22nd of April 2023. It states the work carried out was for replacing the transmission clutch actuator plus labour charge. This repair is not covered by the warranty, as it falls under the category of "wear and tear" as indicating in our warranty terms and conditions, which is an industry-standard warranty exclusion.
Taking all this into consideration, we feel your poor review is unjustified and does not give an accurate account as to what you have truly experienced from Matthew and WOO Carz.

I finally got my new car
I finally got my new car, thanks to Ian, who helped me throughout this process. I am so happy with the car i finally got. Ian has been there throughout to answer any of my questions and worries.
