We were recommended Wooden Windows by someone who had already ordered windows through you. We were really delighted with your service. You explained the different options available to us very clearly and once we had placed our order you kept us informed about the progress of our windows and the delivery date. The windows are excellent quality and it made life so easy that they came completely finished, painted to our own colour and glazed.

I was sceptical at first regards the quality. I have to say, what a great product. The windows have turned out fantastic and were very easy to construct. Highly recommended for anyone. I have never built windows before and I found the whole build process easy to follow. I'll definitely be using & recommending wooden windows again.

I have just received a delivery from Woodenwindows and I just wanted to say a few words about the experience. I have been in the construction industry for 43 years and I have to say that this has been one of the most positive interactions with a supplier I have ever had. My purchase was handled by Matthew Burton who was absolutely brilliant, nothing was to much trouble, he rang back when he said he would, and he gave a realistic lead time on my order which was met to the day! He is an absolute credit to his employer. I was given a delivery slot of two hours and the windows were delivered bang in the middle. It is so refreshing when a company keeps its promises, especially in the construction industry when down time can be very expensive. I've received an excellent service and product from a company that actually cares. Having had difficulty sourcing a new, measured and bespoke window to match my existing, Woodenwindows worked out a specification and price the same day and delivered in a remarkable 10 days. A special thanks to Mat, for all the quick, patient and and helpful replies to my emails. The delivery was on the day promised and spot on time, with a cheerful and very helpful driver.

Great company. Excellent customer service from Mathew Knight-Burton, very helpful and knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble. These are exceptional windows. We ordered a beautiful sash and a couple of casement windows which compliment our old house perfectly. We plan order many more!

Great company, great product and first class customer services. Unlucky for us our Builder bodged fitting our windows but Leon and Matt at WW sent us out replacement beads for 8 windows, tape and silicon to repair at cost of freight to help solve the situation. In my experience finding firms willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy is rare these days. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending wooden windows. The Windows looks absolutely fantastic as well and good price.

We’ve spent a few years renovating our home and the door we got from Wooden Windows has got to be our worst investment. Totally unstable. Swells and shrinks depending on the weather. Absolutely gutted as it’s all decorated in so a major job to remove. We’ve tried to persevere with it for a few years now but it’ll have to go. 😡

When I first made contact with wooden windows I was swiftly answered by Leon. He then helped me through my booking and made sure I understood everything.
When the window arrived he was patient and rapid with my numerous enquiries. When I damaged part of the handle he posted out a replacement part without my even asking.
I would have no hesitation in using the company again.

I've placed three orders since March 2023 in relation to the replacement of our 143 year old windows and have been impressed by the quick responses from Technical Advisors Leon and Andrew.
The entire process from ordering to delivery was flawless and I'm confident the new windows won't be far behind the originals in longevity!

However, I specifically need need to mention the superb aftercare I had from the Wooden Windows. The incorrect handles had been ordered by us and the company (specifically Mathew Knight-Burton, technical adviser)
couldn’t have a been more helpful and the replacements arrived within a day of ordering them.

Be wary of this company. They sell cheap oak, which will split and bow easily. Their warranty stands for nothing, they do their best to wiggle out of customer complaints or questions regards future treatments. Most of these reviews appear to be self appraisals. For those reading this, these are the circumstances behind my issues; we bought several doors and windows from this company (as well as oak from other companies) We treated them with the same oak oil We have used on all our oak, 1 year later, 2 of the doors from WW had swollen and split. WW couldnt explain why the remainder of the oak doors and windows that were treated with the same oils were fine but these doors were damaged. It was clear to us these were poorly constructed and cheaper materials than we had purchased in the past. Matthew at WW scoured the internet to find an excuse to wiggle out of the warranty, claiming the oil we used was inadequate! This company refuse to recommend which oils you can use, but will certainly deny a claim against the warranty. We are now discussing litigation against them.
