Top marks on experience
This company has a beautiful showroom, helpful staff without being pushy as a sales service. The floor we are buying is really great value and beautiful quality so I’d definitely recommend this floor supplier to other people

Terrible product (skirting) & customer…
Terrible product (skirting) & customer service seems to be ignoring the problem in the hope that it will go away. Skirting is not painted as I was informed but wrapped in a poor quality white film that peels. Skirting also showed cracks & damage only weeks after it was installed. Seems to be an extremely cheaply made product not fit for the purpose intended. Maybe somebody could actually get back to me with a suggestion of how to move forward with this????

Antwoord van Wood Floor Store
Hi, we’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the skirting and feel that your concerns haven’t been addressed.
To clarify, this particular skirting is a wrapped product rather than a painted product.
If any boards were damaged, cracked, peeling or otherwise unsuitable when supplied, we would of course have replaced them. However, as with any finishing product, the material needs to be inspected by the customer or installer before it is cut and fitted, and any boards they are unhappy with should not be installed.
In relation to the cracking and peeling mentioned, the fixing and installation method can also have an impact on the finished product, particularly once the skirting has been cut and fitted.
We do apologise if you feel our communication around your complaint has not been good enough, but we hope this clarifies our position.

Delighted with my new floor
Delighted with my new floor. I ordered directly from the website without seeing it in person, and the photos matched perfectly. Price was great and delivery was seamless too.

Typical nice when selling, ignore afterwards type of service
Very nice and responsive when selling you a product, then ignored multiple emails when I wanted to return a few boxes of herringbone, despite them clearly over-calculating the amount required. Overall disappointing experience with them.

Damage
All was good until I opened up my panels at home and all damaged at the bottom but lucky enough I didn't need the full lengths.

Brilliant product and very helpful
Brilliant product and very helpful. I floated an engineered oak floor by myself. The boards were of great quality, which helped. The recommended underlay worked brilliantly, the floor feels extremely solid with no bounce at all

Super happy with my order from Wood floor stores, all the staff were really helpful answering any questions with my order.
Being able to order samples online made the decision a lot easier, by seeing them in the space.
Also couldn’t recommend the fitter Sebastian enough, he was super helpful and got the floors fitted over a few days. He really went above and beyond to make sure that every detail including the door dividers matched perfectly.
Overall I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to get their floors done.
