Wood Floor Store Reviews

Wood Floor Store Review

I recently installed panelling using products from the Wood Floor Store and I’m really pleased with how it turned out. The quality is excellent and the finish looks really professional once fitted.

Everything was straightforward from ordering to installation, and the panels feel solid and well made. They’ve completely improved the look of the room and I’ve had lots of compliments already.

Overall, I’d definitely recommend the Wood Floor Store if you’re looking for good quality panelling and a great end result.

The sellers were great and did tried to help
Martin the manager also contacted in person when a problem happened due to the item I chose and booked was missing at the time of collection when i had to take a different item and they promised a special rate on that item as a compensation for the faulty items
So to be honest after their attempts to help i did change my pov although what happened will be always unforgettable due to the other choice i had to make

The discount was amazing, excellent delivery and product. Love our SPC herringbone floor! Would highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful in store staff to the professional installation of the flooring. A great company!

I found this place some months ago and was impressed. Impressed enough to return after many other options investigated. They have great value but what I like is that the staff are quite young and very enthusiastic. A really pleasant and worthwhile experience. Highly recommend

We were looked after by Martin who was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Never received requested sample. Time wasters.

Very good service

I haven't completed the work yet; however, in my dealings so far, I've been very impressed with the professional and helpful staff.

We bought Konig waterproof laminate flooring. Nice quality product and looks great now that it's down, but tricky to lay. We couldn't find anything on the Wood Flooring website like instruction videos for this specific product, nor could we find anything online from Konig or even find the company (there seems to be about 30 Konig companies selling all kinds of things). You need to lay this flooring at a 30 degree angle on both the X and Y axis, and you need to clean the seams with a stanley knife as there can be debris. Staff were nice and prices were reasonable. Good quality product, just a bugger to fit it.

Great service

Dealt with Martin very knowledgeable and very helpful
