Bought a panel from this company which arrived damaged. I called and was asked to email in, I did and never got a response. I emailed again chasing and was completely blanked now I am left with a panel worth over a hundred pounds that is damage.

Unfortunately 1 panel arrived faulty/ damaged .

Panels are top quality thanks

So easy to put on the wall, they are quite heavy. Arrived within 2 days professionally wrapped. This is my second purchase. Absolutely brilliant thank you.

I ordered 3 panels and one arrived damaged. The slat was completely split and was very noticeable so must have been known when they packed them. I emailed them telling one was damaged and heard nothing back. I then messaged on Instagram and someone said they’d look into it right away. They never did. I eventually received an email saying they’d ring me first thing the next morning. They rang me around 4pm and I missed it due to a work meeting. They left no voicemail and didn’t email me back. I emailed again asking for a partial refund due to the damage. I have heard nothing back at all. Due to the time they take to respond I put the panel on the wall and hid the damaged bit behind furniture. Terrible customer service at £100 a panel. If you get lucky and get all undamaged ones you’re fine, but as soon as there’s a problem they couldn’t care less. I’ve ordered from a different panel company 3 times in the past and never had any issues. They charge £150 per panel but considering the damage and lack of customer service my advice would be to go with a more expensive option and get better quality.
