Great products and superb online ordering.

After looking at an empty fire for so many years I'm thrilled to have a decorative, realistic fire once again. I wasn't sure which size product to purchase and went for the medium coals, initially I thought they were too big but it's because I was so used to seeing nothing, after a couple of weeks I am very, very pleased with the quality and look of the coals and I'm putting my fire on again for the pleasure of seeing a "roaring" fire ! The delivery was quick, price structure is good and I wish the company all the very best in the future. Thank you

Lovely kettle although ,being elderly, I find it a little difficult to pour. It is necessary to have quite a twist on the wrist. Also the rubber washer on the whistle fell off and got lost within a couple of weeks

I was waiting for my international shipment to arrive. I sent an email inquiring about my order and received prompt response the next day. They apologized and asked me to waint another day or two that it was on it's way. I received my package the next day. I'm sure Memorial day delayed the shipping a couple of days. Very satisfied with Woodstockfires company and would order from them again with confidence.

Goods (replacement gas fire coals), received promptly,in a well protected secure package. Coals are not "uniform", providing a realistic effect and continue to prompt positive comments.
