Fantastic customer service! I needed a spare part that they don't normally stock, and they sourced it for me in double quick time.

I ordered a corner cupboard Le Mans pull out carrousel unit, which arrived within two days, Excellent. Unfortunately it had been damaged on transit beyond use. The manufacturers packaging was insufficient to avoid damage due to transit mishandling. The staff at Eastcoastkitchens were very helpful and arranged a replacement within 5 days, Excellent. The unit itself has very detailed and precise installation instructions, but I was pleased to find that there is some leeway and I was able to adjust the mounting to allow the unit to fit the cupboard which was 5mm smaller in depth than the specification required. Very pleased with the final result. Well done Eastcoastkitchens.

I contacted EastCoast about a new order for kitchen cupboard handles on Wednesday morning, I spoke to a very helpful woman who went through everything with me. Within a couple of hours I had a quote and I had the handles the following day! Brilliant customer service, very friendly and efficient

Fantastic service from start to end! Browsing and ordering via the site was simple and straight forward and the delivery was rapid. Unfortunately our sink was damaged in transit however a new one was sent out instantly which was perfect. We were kept informed regarding the whole process and cannot fault the team. Needed to replace soft-close hinges on a Vauth Sagel cupboard bin after the German manufacturer proved to be less than helpful. A few hours later I received an email confirming they could order the item for me. Once I had paid for the item, it was ordered and delivered the next day. Contacted East Coast about modifying my Blum kitchen to add a dishwasher. I wasn't sure if I needed extra parts to be able to move units around but East Coast responded giving me advice about how I could complete the modification without purchasing extra parts.
