We ordered a Peka pull-out larder which was delivered less than 24 hours after ordering. Unfortunately one part of the mechanism arrived damaged, but a replacement part was sent out immediately and arrived the next morning. Great customer service - we dealt with Lorraine who couldn't have been more helpful.

I recently bought a sink, sink waste kit and strainer, and a kitchen tap from East Coast Kitchens.

The first thing I really appreciated was that the website showed you exactly what kind of strainer was compatible with the sink, which meant that there were a range of options rather than just the expensive one that matched the sink. The website also suggests plumbing kits that work with the sink. This made it easy for someone without any plumbing knowledge or skill to know what to buy.

The communication around delivery was very clear and prompt, but when the sink arrived I was quite disappointed with it, as I felt like it didn't match the pictures or description. I emailed East Coast Kitchens, and the next day I received an email apologising and saying they had contacted the supplier. Within a week I had a replacement, and East Coast Kitchens were consistently helpful, apologetic and understanding.

I have already used them again for other items, and would happily recommend them to anyone. Really impressive customer service - thank you.

Ordered some plinth vents to meet required 200cm2 airflow for appliances the website had the information required and delivery was super fast and look fab when installed so will be using eastcoast kitchens again a+ service.

I had some issues with the product I ordered, but I want to make it clear that this wasn’t the fault of Eastcoast Kitchens—it was due to their supplier. Throughout the entire process, Eastcoast Kitchens were incredibly helpful and supportive.

They kept in regular contact, and even the manager personally reached out to assist me, which you don’t often get these days. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to resolve any problems.

While it was frustrating that the supplier let them down with the product, I honestly can't fault Eastcoast Kitchens themselves. They’re a great company to deal with, offering excellent customer service, and I would happily shop with them again.

Ordered something that was suggested as in stock delivery date kept getting pushed back. 2 months later Im informed that the delivery is coming on a particular day. It is still not here 3 days later.

I bought a Clearwater Nova 1.5 Bowl Kitchen Sink Granite, in Blizzard white from this company. The product is advertised on their website in the following terms: "Quarex sinks has been specially developed for the demands of the kitchen. A hardened material that is resistant to scratches, cracking, stains and is responsible for the long life of the sinks." Within a couple of months the sink was stained and marked. I haven't used any harsh products on it. When I contacted the company, they essentially accused me of not cleaning properly: "We always recommend a good rinse down after use where possible, and a good cleaning regime in order to prevent this from happening and keeping the sink looking good." So basically, they're saying I'm dirty and don't bother to keep the sink in good condition and not acknowledging that the problem is with the sink. They sent me some product to use it, which doesn't work either. So I would avoid this company and this sink because issues are not resolved. (The date given below is the date I emailed them to complain.)

I have placed two, separate orders for cupboard hinges in the last few weeks. The specific product in my first order was very easy to find and identify using the company very easy to access website. The comprehensive specification on the site identified the item as being the correct one to order. The second order wasn't listed. I emailed the company with photos of the item I wanted to replace. The staff could not have been more helpful, coming back to me within 24 hours and placing a special order with their main supplier. I have received confirmation that order 2 is on its way. Order 1 arrived very quickly, even though I opted for the 'up to 7 days' option. A first rate company and a pleasure to do business with.

On speaking to Amanda today I can now say that she has managed to sort out the below issue we had to our full satisfaction. An honest and trustworthy company who will put things right if the needed.

I ordered a Blum cling film cutter. Before I made the purchase I asked whether it would fit Tesco cling film rolls. Amanda at the company advised that the dispenser would fit rolls up to 46cm. I received the dispenser yesterday and my Tesco roll does not fit. The 46 cm measurement we were given applies to the outside size and not the internal size where the roll is inserted. We have had to chop a bit off the Tesco ends of roll. Additionally, the part that goes inside the roll is too wide for the Tesco one to fit so we have had to fashion a narrower tube in order for it too work. These are expensive items to buy and we would have expected to be provided at the very least with the correct information. Now hunting for suitable rolls to fit. This was very disappointing and we were unable to return as we had to modify the item to fit our rolls.

I needed 2 new bins for my fitted kitchen. I was recommended to contact East Coast Kitchens as it was an old model which was not made anymore. Lorraine was extremely helpful, and went out of her way to locate the correct ones, and kept me informed. Once she found the right ones, They were despatched the same day, and I received them the following day. This was really impressive service.

I needed two replacement lids for my integral bins and contacted East Coast Kitchens. They were extremely helpful in making sure I received the correct items and I had plenty of communication from them during the ordering process. They were sent when I requested and well packed. Excellent service and I certainly recommend them to everyone. Just wish I lived nearer !

I needed a replacement bin for a discontinued Vauth Sagel Waste Bin System purchased in 2017 from East Coast Kitchens. The manufacturer, their UK distributor Hafele, and East Coast Kitchens were all very helpful assisting me to make a special order. East Coast Kitchens were extremely responsive by email, and I had a replacement bin within a week of first making contact. Very impressive customer service.

Used this company about 2 years ago to purchase a mixer sink tap, it recently started dripping, so I contacted them and they arranged for a replacement tap cartridge to be sent out all within about a week.
Excellent service and professionalism I just can't rate thier service enough.

I had the pleasure of ordering a sink from East Coast Kitchens recently, and I must say their service exceeded my expectations. From the initial call helping me to choose to receiving the sink, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. All of these reviews complaining that they won’t return their item for free, NO kitchen company’s do!!!
