Ordered four lovely dining chairs at the Ideal home show. It was delivered within the eight weeks promised. The staff were very nice. Delivery was excellent and chairs have brighten up my dining area. I am very pleased because the chairs are also very comfortable.

Delivered on time by courteous and efficient operative.

Process from start to delivery was great even though have a minor issue with the table the delivery guys temporarily resolved it.

Our table was made to order so took a few months to be shipped in. Wow - well worth the wait. Stunning table. We’ve been looking for something special for ages and then found this plus it was at a great price.

Would definitely use this company again. Bought an oak extending dining table from the ideal home exhibition. Sales man was very professional. The delivery guys were amazing and the quality of the table was definitely worth the money.

Order number 4302. Terrible company to deal with. Vas promises the world and delivers nothing!
I had a table delivered that was far from the quality table on display when we brought it. I emailed the company with photo's of my concerns and was met with silence. After repeated emails I contacted my credit card company and pulled back my payment as the goods supplied were faulty.
This didn't even prompt the company to get in touch!!!
Finally they got in touch to say they will be collecting their table.(probably taking it from my house and delivering it straight to some other poor mug)
Forget the bogus five star and four star ratings on this site. The three , two and one star ratings are more truthful. I expect Vas and his mates are responsible for the fictitious top ratings.
I paid £1500 for the table and have since found exactly the same table at Oak Furniture Superstore for £999!

Been waiting months for a replacement table (first one delivered fault) and replacement chairs (wrong ones delivered). They eventually promised a refund which never materialised. I've raised a section 75 instead.

Very pleased with our table and chairs,was very helpful to be able to choose the right colour chairs by having both colour chairs at home, when we had decided we messaged the company and the swap was done, delivery drivers on time and very professional.

The product seems great and just what we wanted. The delivery / installers were very helpful and efficient. What was not good was communication by Woodstock Home and Garden. We had arranged for delivery for a particular week in April and they promised to advise the week before when we were in the delivery schedule. We heard nothing and attempts by e-mail and phone during the week delivery was due were not responded to. The following week we did get hold of them - they explained they had been at the Ideal Home Exhibition - fine but some response or note to that effect would have been helpful. When they did fix a delivery slot they kept to it.

Excellent products. We hav now bought a dining table and a garden parasol. The quality is great. The men delivering very helpful in assembling the products and explaining how to care for them

This was ordered at a show at the NEC. The gentleman we dealt with was great and did us a very good deal. However, unfortunately I had to do the chasing to arrange delivery and one chair was damaged on delivery and another was a different shade. Again I have had to chase the company to arrange for for replacement chairs. The delivery men were great and very professional.
