From the beginning speaking with Emma Wildman, who booked the survey to getting the survey done which when completed was more thorough than I had expected. It was all very smooth. I was then able to speak with Douglas Snell who did the report who explained things to me which I would not have understood. I would highly recommend Woodward and of course Douglas.

We have used Woodward Surveyors four times now and have always found their survey reports to be detailed and informative, with fast turnaround from survey to delivery of the report.

Initial phone contact with the company was warm, professional and very ‘customer friendly’.
The survey produced was excellent and gave the information required that addressed all of the concerns we had regarding the listed property we were interested in buying. The report itself was very well presented with colour photographs and clear description of areas of concern. Money very well spent and we intend engaging the company again very shortly for the new property we wish to buy. Thank you!
