Hi, I heard that woofer is the best place to go to spoof ur hwid, however, I followed the instructions step by step and got banned after playing one game, I then made a new account and was able to play up to 7 games before account got perm banned (playing with no cheats) I was told that their woofer is down but I did see no announcement, so I didn’t like that also their tickets are always locked in their discord so that sucks, I would just like them to assist me in getting my pc woofed until my ban is over that way I can revert back to my old settings and continue playing if they could add me and actually help, I’ll come back here and tell you guys

We are sorry to hear that bashir, we cannot understand what do you mean by "I didn’t like that also their tickets are always locked in their discord so that sucks" I believe you mean close tickets, but we only close tickets if the customer has not replied to their ticket for over 24 hours. However, if this happened to you, please provide me with the ticket number if you had it, or you can open a new one and address this review in your ticket to get a quicker response!

Quality service Easy to use
Quality, Easy to do! I don’t know where these 1* reviews went wrong maybe BIOs step? But works perfectly for me! Easy to use to install - only criticism is that it doesn’t really notify you if it worked or is working maybe down to my own inexperience, but alas I tested it with a brand new account works perfectly thanks

so many problems
So much trouble to get the spoofer to work and when you do get it to work, i still got banned. tried to respoof and alot more problems trying to get it to work. Unspoofed trying to fix some of the problems without knowing you can't respoof ever again if you unspoof and now I'm out of my money and a spoofer. The spoofer is probably legit if you get it to work but there is so much problems with it... It's honestly worth it getting a different spoofer. I've been in support team trying to fix my problem for a week or two and they still cannot fix it. Very slow support. I would've given a good review if the support would help me fix my problem but they just wont.

Hi Tristan, we can certainly appreciate your frustration here. The probability of getting a refund on a different spoofer is very slim. We provide that once we confirm ours didn't work. Based on the information you just provided here it seems you haven't been following the instructions carefully since you have attempted to unspoof without checking its instructions. My support team work around the clock to fix customers problems, you just need to be patient with us to get your problems fixed to get you back into the game. Please simply open a discord ticket and DM me to check exactly your problem and provide you a solution that satisfy you.

Better Support Now
Got a 3 month ban. Attempted to get support with woofer and was constantly told "try again, reset pc"
My ban has now ended so they don't think after 3 months of trying to get the woofer to work that i deserve some form of refund/upgrade? Support has been insanely poor and i really am disappointed i paid so much for this.
Update: Contacted Woofer and have received a full refund and apology. Their support has improved and I appreciate the effort that went into resolving this issue.
