Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parc Reviews 

We stayed at easewell farm site.
Our extra large tent , trailor and car fitted well on the super pitch all weather.
Take extra ground sheet as there were a few large stones on the shingle base. And rock pegs.
Amenities were absolutely fine.
Plenty of showers and toilets without ques.
Chip shop was super busy so we didn't try there.
Spent most evenings at woolacombe bay site for the entertainment/bingo .
Food excellent at all 3 site.
Nice pools to choose from .
Will definitely go back next year.

Advertise dog friendly, dogs must be on a lead anywhere in the park so nowhere to exercise them in spite of them insisting dogs can be exercised. A dog has to be off lead in order to exercise. They state 15 minutes walk from the largest dog friendly beach, it is a minimum 30 minutes walk down steep gradients, which park staff do not advise, because only the fittest can climb back up again. When you do get to the same beach (by car), to the north is "no dogs allowed", to the south it is "dogs on a lead only" and only another 30 minutes walk to the extreme south has an unrestricted section.
Wifi stated to all caravans, Unusable.
I booked 4 nights and left after 2. Why oh why do these places advertise misleading information, with inaccurate and false claims.

Twitchen House - Brought our own touring caravan. The park is nice, it is clean and plenty to do. The only fault I have with this park is the Internet, all 8 of us have access to 4g but the signal must be getting blocked so that we pay the £15 per day, per person to have Internet access. The give you access to casual browsing but this is worse than useless. As a self employed person who works even on holiday, this park is a no go for me.

3 days into our stay and wishing we never arrived. Staff rude and obnoxious!! You stand at the bar for ages waiting to be served and they just walk right by you and then stand around chatting to each other or stand looking in the mirror doing there hair before bothering to ask if your waiting.
Entertainment is a disgrace!!
Caravan meant to be a gold so not cheap but looks and feels cheap inside!!
You get told to book everything on myaccount but guess what it don't work because you have no phone signal and you haven't got the WiFi service you paid for!!!
Basically you dont get anything that is advertised before you arrive my advice stay at Haven or Butlins!! And I am only 3 days into my stay so I am sure there will be much more to add before that were is out if I last that long!!!

Horrendous company! Check in 4pm because of cleaning schedules which we fully understand, also receiving numerous emails from the company not to arrive before our time or we will not be permitted entry! so arrived around 4.45pm to avoid queuing! Arrived at our caravan to find it absolutely filthy,messy floors,dirty cooker and kitchen tops,grass everywhere including on beds! Oh and no beds made up on arrival! Had to go to reception to complain! By the time we settled with two babies it was nearly 7pm…a wasted day! Couldn’t book any facilities because that was online and no service whatsoever! Unless you sat at reception, and then they were all full…managed to book the pool on the day before we left but no one checked us anyway! Totally senseless? Bar staff obnoxious and shouldn’t be working there! Caravans so close together no privacy and no sleep with rowdy neighbours having all night parties…we’ve stayed at a lot of caravan parks in our time and this one truly is the worst we’ve stayed at…staff response to our complaints “sorry about that” that’s it!!

Worst holiday I have ever had. Staff rude and aggressive throughout our stay. The entertainment was horrendous. They couldn't be bothered to spend any money on entertainment so just stuck staff on stage that could barely sing and girls in pants thrashing around all week. Drug taking and fights in the caravan next to us. I had a payment meter shoved in my face me and my disabled daughter was mocked and laughed at by a manager. That's the start of it. When I went to complain about a meal I never ordered I was refused any help point blank and any complaints just told to e mail in. Which I did several times over the holiday a month later I get a shocking reply not even basic customer service in there. After 3 e mails was told we are going to no longer respond to u. True to their word they have ignored all of my e mails trying to resolve the situation. I finally get a response off messenger to say they will ignore me and for me to get a legal team in. Now they know hard working families and being a single mum I am not going to be able to afford this so that's there bully tactic. Ignore hopefully I will get bored and go away because they know people like me can't afford court to get what is owed. Or to even be accountable for what me and my two children went through. Seriously do not waste your money here they will do anything to rip u off and this needs to be stopped.

Great Park in Nice surroundings staff are friendly would deffo go back.
