I love this company! They have amazing stock and great customer service. They always despatch quickly and I am always really pleased with my orders.

WW has a good range of colours for the yarn that I use for a recent take up of a hobby, of the yarn suppliers I use it's the biggest range. The yarn is shipped out super fast, packaged well and comes in a cute organza bag, which I've been gifting with my practice knits. I got a few other hand knitting bits from WW too and I'm happy with all my purchases.

Wool warehouse is great – a huge huge selection of yarns at very affordable prices. The customer care is also excellent, so quick to help and sort things out. Patricia was very friendly and helpful – she very quickly replied to my email and amended the address on my delivery a day after I placed my order, with the wrong delivery address accidentally.

I have ordered from wool warehouse several times, purchasing yarn and needles. Orders arrive promptly, are packaged well, all yarn comes in an organza project bag. I find the prices competitive. I have never needed customer services help as there have never been any issues with my orders.

Excellent range of yarns & crochet & knitting supplies, competively priced. Fast & reliable shipping. It can be tricky buying yarn online as one can find it is not quite the colour photographed or one can find they don't like the yarn texture once in hand. (I found one that made my hands go red & itchy); Wool Warehouse refund any unused, resellable yarn quickly upon return, creating a stress-free shopping experience for my next project.

I received great customer service from Woolwarehouse. They helped me out with an order after I had made an error. Very friendly via email and on the phone. I also received my order super quick, so thank you. I will definitely use again.

Wool Warehouse are so helpful. I had to return some wool that I had chosen from them but it was not suitable for my project. I phoned them and they explained the easy return system. They advised on a better choice for my holday project and it arrived 2 days later! I am so grateful. I can now knit happily on my holiday. Amazing advice and service. Thank you all

I have ordered 12 times from them now and have always had fantastic delivery and yarn in great condition! I’ve only needed customer service once but when I did they were absolutely fantastic - quick responses and very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend!

I am posting this in response to your reply to my complaint.
Let's clear up a couple of inaccuracies in your response.
Firstly your belief regarding what happens to someones account upon their passing is TOTALLY WRONG. I explained this on my original phone call and the manager refused to believe me. Once an account is frozen prior to being closed no transactions in or out are possible. I had that confirmed to me by two different banks.
Secondly you say I refused the offer of a free post return. I want to return the unopened package but am not willing to do so under the conditions of YOU GET THE PACKAGE BACK AND KEEP THE MONEY!
Can you please under these extremely unusual circumstances tell me you are willing to arrange a refund to a different account and I will return the package prior to the refund being issued.

I got in touch with them by email a week ago, but I'm still waiting for a reply.

Placed my first order earlier this week for some yarn I couldn't get anywhere else, I'm always wary when using somewhere new for the first time but the entire transaction was great. My yarn arrived two days later in a sturdy parcel and with its own mesh net inside. All yarns present and accounted for. Will definitely be placing more orders in future, thank you! :)

Returning customer. Ordered 10.30 am Friday, delivered by Evri 11.30 on Saturday. Lovely yarn, reasonably priced, well packaged and organza bag. No wonder its my go to shop for yarn

Fantastic service - I placed an online order early afternoon yesterday and it arrived (at my remote rural location) today!

This is the first time I’ve ordered wool from wool warehouse and very pleased with order and fast delivery. Half the price of other online shops. Packaged with great care. I’ll certainly be using wool warehouse again and will certainly be recommending to many friends who knit.

Ordered 7 balls king cole pricewise one of the balls are tangled up and wool very thin in places got in touch with wool warehouse told take a photo of it but I cant do that why can't they send me another ball in place of it I have spent a lot there in the past

Great business to buy from! Absolutely brilliant and efficient team. Very fast delivery and always accurate. Prices are great and a lot cheaper than other sites. Use them regularly and will continue using them! If I could rate 10 stars I would!

First time ordering wool from this company. Won't be my last either. Fast delivery. Goods perfect and came in a beautiful organza bag. I'd emailed about a query and got immediate, helpful advice from a lady called Suzanne. Definitely my new 'go to' place for Scheepjes catona and cahlista yarn.
