I’m so happy to have found Wool Warehouse! I’m originally from Norway and have been living in the UK for a while, and Wool Warehouse has been a fantastic resource for me. They offer such a great selection of Scandinavian wool, which means I can continue using patterns from home without any trouble. Their service is incredibly reliable, with fast delivery and reasonable prices.

I’ve also had a great experience with their returns—once, I wasn’t happy with the colour of a yarn I ordered, and the return process was so easy and hassle-free. I’ve been using Wool Warehouse for some time now, and I just wanted to leave a positive review because I truly appreciate their service. Highly recommended!

Having recently taken up crochet, I absolutely love Wool Warehouse. Their customer service in particular is fantastic (shout-out to Paula :) ). I have received a couple of yarns that weren't quite the colour I expected and have not had any issues whatsoever with exchanges. Paula even picked some yarns from the warehouse and sent me photos to help me select an alternative. Orders are always dispatched super quickly and well packaged. Good selection of materials as well, at a fair price. Really, no complaints whatsoever.

Great service, fast delivery

I love Wool Warehouse. I use Rowan quite a lot and they have a magnificent choice plus great pattern books. Everything arrives in a beautiful organza bag. They are so useful and pretty. Keep it up Wool Warehouse, you are the best.

Perfect, nothing wrong with yarn or service. Just what I ordered and they came in a nice bag.

I purchased 2 skeins of Malabrigo Lace. 2 entirely different colours were sent, only evident once Id got about 10 rows into the 2nd skein. I emailed customer services. This was part of their reply. This yarn is spun from the finest merino wool, bred for generations by ranchers in Northern Uruguay. The softness and squish of this yarn is simply unparalleled. A delicate lace-weight single, it blocks like a dream and creates a fabric that is the very definition of comfort.

All Malabrigo yarns are kettle dyed in small batches and often don't have a dye lot, which means the colours are likely to vary from skein to skein, even within the same batch. To ensure random colour distribution, try working from two balls of yarn at once, alternating a few rows from each ball. Be sure to get enough yarn to complete your project as the next batch we receive could be very different!

Due to differences in dye distribution between batches, it is not possible for us to update our product images to match current mixes exactly, and the images shown may not match the yarn you receive.
So im supposed to have hundreds of breaks in my silky lace scarf so I can use both skeins. In my mind a lilac based variegation and a vivid orange variegation don't really go. My first time buying wool online and probably my last. The email showed they couldn't care less. Id only spent £17 with them and purchased enough for my project. Dealing with this in a courteous manor could have resulted in a happy and long time customer. As it was I just got a cut and paste generic reply.

Ordered to DK and paid two times duty too expensive and will never order again from you!!

I have paid customs duty twice. How come you don't combine the goods into one package instead of two packages, which is much more expensive for me?

Having received my order, I decided I didn't like the colour. I contacted customer service and following their advice, I returned the unused wool with a request for a new colour. Within the week I had the wool to begin my project. The approach of the customer service team was friendly and efficient. Thank you.

Yet again this company delivers. Snowed under with work, causing delays in the picking process but always keep the customers informed on their website of what to expect.
That’s why I’ll always keep going back, very professional service 10/10 to you all & what a team in there.
But not to forget RM these guys also don’t muck around, as soon as they get - I’ve got it & can see by their app & tracker….

Site is easy to use and a great choice of colours and yarns! Made a jumper for my husband and the colour is lovely. Nice and warm too.

I order from Wool Warehouse often and I am always very happy with their products and the delivery times are extremely quick!

However, I can now also comment on how great their customer service also is! My most recent order was placed on the 21.01 and I had missed their note on delayed dispatch times (due to a high volume of orders) so I had just ordered as normal. When I checked 2 days later and it wasn’t yet dispatched (very unusual for them) I sent a message to re-direct the order as I am going to be at a different address and Meg was super quick at responding and super helpful. I’m now waiting to receive my parcel at the updated address and can’t wait to start my new project!

Very disappointed with Wool Warehouse response times; I placed an order 19/1 and as of 22/1 "order received" on my account. I sent an email this morning and almost 8pm - no reply.
I've spent over £350 since November on 11 orders and the later ones are being turned around slower and slower. I had hoped to get this at my son's address on Friday [when I visit] - disappointing when the order hasn't yet been dispatched :(
Will look for another online seller in the future.

I order almost all of my wool from Wool Warehouse. They have a great range of products at competitive prices and delivery has always been reliable. Their customer service is also very quick to respond and very nice. Having friendly customer support does make a difference when choosing where to buy.

I was very worried about my items. I received a response from cs and am now able to track it. I have not received my order and will update my review once I receive it.

Wool warehouse has the best customer service. When you message them they respond right away. I reached out to inquire about my order and they gave me the peace of mind my package would arrive. I reached out to other crocheters to find out if they had purchased yarn with this company before and they also had positive things to say. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have placed several orders and all have been despatched quickly and delivered in a timely manner by Royal Mail. Even my most recent order wasn’t delayed despite being in Christmas period. The parcel has been nicely packed in organza and a plastic outer bag. The wool has been good quality and whilst I’d like to shop local no one can compete with the choice Woolwarehouse offer.

This was an easy to use website and great choice of wool. Its my go to for any wool, always kept informed and very quick delivery with great packaging and have never let me down .
