Used for the 1st time, fast delivery, yarn was packed in an organza bag, very nice touch and I can use it for storage.
I'm a newbie in the yarn world but have found the yarnsmith chenille that I ordered to be of great quality and easy to use. It also doesn't shed like a poor quality one I got from Amazon- never again. Will definitely order from wool warehouse again!

Just received my order from Wool Warehouse. Very pleased. The wool came in an organza bag, which is a good way of protecting it. Despatch was prompt after delivery. Will definitely order again.

I have used this company a few times and I have never had a problem. Their delivery is quick and their choice of products very good. Prices are very reasonable and in some cases cheaper than the competiton. Woolwarehouse also sell downloadable patterns where many other companies will only sell you a hard copy of the same pattern.
Just after the time of writing, I took delivery of a wool parcel. Yarnsmiths DK Merino. Its gorgeous and soft. The colour is lovely. I ordered it outside business hours on Nov 24 and it arrived today 27 Nov. Cant get much better than that

I came here to buy an extra ball of yarn & they told me what lot numbers they had - vital for buying extra yarn. So, I bought other items! My order arrived very quickly & beautifully packed in an organza bag which I can store the yarn until I use it then it will go on with other uses. I will be back.

I've been a customer for several years and placed several orders. Great choice of yarns and the website makes it easy to filter and find what I want. The yarn always comes with a very useful organza bag. Last week was the first time I'd had an issue - Evri left it at some unknown address. Not Woolwarehouse's fault, but they sent a replacement order quickly and their customer service team was excellent. I shall continue to be a happy customer of theirs for years to come.

I'm new to crochet and wanted to find an online shop with more options and better value than my local craft shop. Well I found both with the wool warehouse! Great quick service and a family run business to boot. It's safe to say you have a new loyal customer!

Super fast delivery, well packaged in a lovely organza bag. I ordered a wrong item so returned for a replacement. No problem, a replacement was sent out the day they received my return and the balance credited to my bank that day. A company that cares for their customers.

I am making big, chunky hand-knitted blankets using the Wool Warehouse own brand Yarnsmiths Snug as a Big Big wool. This is a gorgeous wool, with lots of great colours, and customer service and delivery have been excellent. The reason for 3 stars is over 50% of the skeins I have used so far are not made up of one continuous thread, i.e. they have a break in them. Some skeins have had 2-3 breaks in them, often within a metre or so of the start/end. This is very irritating as it means double the amount of sewing up of loose ends at the end of each project. It's such a shame as I'd love to use this yarn again but at £11 a skein, I would expect to have one continuous thread...

Update (26/11/24): Having spoken to Customer services at Wool Warehouse, it turns out that they will sell a skein of wool with up to 3 breaks in it. Across 45 skeins I had at least 36 breaks so I definitely won't be using this yarn again! Reduced rating down to 2 stars.

I've been ordering from WW for about 8 years now. The customer service is excellent, the range of products is vast, and the prices are competitive.

One ball of wool in order for 12 had different ply. No problem whatsoever in getting a replacement from WoolWarehouse. Quick e mail and photo - matter resolved. Replacement wool arrived within 24 hours of raising issue. Excellent customer service from Jo and staff. Well done.

Ordered on the Tuesday and received on the Thursday - and got free delivery! Carefully packaged and thrilled with the quality of the items I received. I will certainly be ordering from wool warehouse again.

I use Wool Warehouse all the time they are my go to wool supplier, I’m a bit disappointed with the New King Cole Chunky Hedgerow yarn, I’ve crocheted a beautiful blanket in the shade Crocus and almost finished a blanket in the Wildberry shade. In this yarn on every ball of 200g yarn there has been at least one break in the wool and often the colour change does not flow with the theme wool. It’s very disappointing in the changing colours of the wool when there is a break and when rejoined the change in colour hasn’t continued, so the colour change is broken and it changes the look of the blanket. I’ve purchased 5 balls of 200g in each colour (10 balls in total) there has been at least one break in each ball.

Order placed Monday delivery next day Tuesday at no extra charge, good prices, well packaged, organza bags your choice but a lovely touch at no extra cost, excellent choice of yarn. Very happy Highly recommend and will buy again 😃

Having been a "knitter" for many years and purhased yarn from various Companies I have never received an order in such a lovely bag! Delivery excellent and was well packaged. Will most certainly used again. All just wonderful so many thanks.
