Worcestershire County Council Reviews 

WCC do NOT correct RESIDENTS who Remove Verges and put down STONES outside there BOUNDARIES, this causes STONES to get onto the FOOTPATH causing a tripping hazard and against the rules by AUTHORITIES who state it must be an HARD service like TARMAC, Concrete, Block Paving, WCC do NOT keep to this which allows RESIDENTS to do outside there Boundaries as they wish lacking any control, another Property removed the Verge and put down stones they installed wooden gates 6 foot tall and open outwards causing issues with the wind blowing about which we were told was not Legal, anyone with a brain would install BOLTS on the inside to secure them, again OUTSIDE there BOUNDARY.

Not very good for WCC is it.

Had to contact worcester county Council several times about whether or not the school transport had been accepted, after finding out yes I had to chase up what company would be doing the school contract, eventually found out days before my son was due to start a special school what company it was, I contacted the company directly and they were extremely helpful, the driver even came out on a saturday to introduce herself to myself and my son and to help ease his anxiety by meeting her.

Herself and the PA have been amazing (VIP taxis).

Tuesday the driver informed me the contract had been passed over to a cheaper company, the driver informed me not the county council! I then had to contact the council to chase up what company would be taking over as my son needs to know changes in circumstances as soon as possible to help prepare him, after eventually getting theough they didn't know what company was taking over so I had to wait all day for the email.
I then contacted the new company to find out pick up times, they emailed me back asking the school day start and finish times! I let them know the times rather than wait for the council to inform them. Ive had to contact the school myself to inform them of the change, as parents we have to inform the school of the new driver, PAs and company name for safety but I cant even inform them of names, if it will be the same people every day which also means every time its a new PA I have to give them the password to collect my son.

Absolute joke for children that struggle to understand and are extremely anxious because of change, being informed by the previous companies driver less than a week before change! Not VIPs taxis fault as they only found out themselves that morning

Worcestershire social services are a JOKE
They HATE men.
You are guilty till proven innocent.
They do NOT genuinely investigate anything.
Sally steel is not fit for the roll.
Evidence IS ignored.
You can do everything right and still be wrong, because they choose a narrative at the start and run with it!
They manipulate you, play with your emotions, and try to trap you.
WSS are not there to protect children at all, they only exist to validate their own budget!
And to all fathers WSS are the ENEMY.

Anyway. Worcester Council - rang them to report issues with residential park lines. Had to leave the message. i was surprised when private number called me 20 mins after. It was a lady from Distric Council - she couldn't help (but she would report anyway). I was told I need to speak with County Council so I asked for number - she didn't have it and couldn't find it - she was embarrassed (she found it in the end) BUT IT TELLS YOU HOW HARD IS TO USE COUNCIL LOCAL/COUNTY websites even for their own people... I won't mention that County Cuncil's www funtionality is broken and their useless autoattende tries to force you use it anyway BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO BRAVO.

Anyway, how dare you to call your self council when you don't take ANY RESPONSIBILITY?! It's pointless to call you as we have to record VMs and beg for your mercy to call us back and all your e-mails are DO-NOT-REPLY.

I propose new name for Councils across UK: Council - place where we don't care but every year we will raise council tax but except emptying your bins we do nothing else...

Highways Department - 10' pothole, a foot deep ruined my wife's car, they couldn't care less.
Arrogant, Incompetent, woeful communications, pass the buck to their Solicitors "Broadspire"
