Workers Family Reviews 

Heard mixed reviews about this company but since coming out with them to do my first season in Zante they have been very accommodating. We had transfers from the airport sorted and were greeted by one of our reps as soon as we came out of the airport. Our rep Mason has been nothing but supportive and has everyone’s best interests at heart. He made it his mission to get everyone involved in our induction week, taking us on bar crawls and to events such as boat and pool parties. Mason also sorted us with Job opportunities, putting us in contact with mangers etc. and posting opening positions into our groupchat to ensure everyone had an equal chance of finding a job for the summer! The reps have been amazing at easing any concerns and rectifying any issues. Will definitely be doing another season next year !

I was unsure about working abroad at first but after signing up to work with workers family I took the step and flew out early June
I was welcomed by 2 great reps that throughout the whole month was there when I needed
They got me work and made my time brilliant
It was so good I have now decided to extend my stay with workers family for another month
No complaints at all and everybody that I’ve worked with at workers family haven’t had any problems at all
Definitely giving the green light for anybody that wants to have the best summer ever !

I have been here a month in ayia napa, and I have had the best time all the reps have been so helpful. The reps took us to all the events and made sure we settled straight in. Mitch and Amo are the best💕

We’re nearly a month in and the reps have been nothing but helpful with work and sorting out any issues with our accommodation. I had a hard time finding the right job and Mitch and Amo have got me sorted straight away, made my experience so much better!! The events are unbelievable worth going to at least once. It’s worth getting the wristband to get there for free the first time and then a discounted price for the rest. Would come back!

Helpful reps that can find jobs quickly

Flew out to Zante on the first of June with no clue what to expect Ryan our rep was at the airport on arrival sorting out taxis to accommodations once everyone was settled in it was an arranged bar crawl to introduce us to the stip. over the month he’s gone out of his way to arrange deals on major events dls the boat party ect and showed up to every event with a smile on his face will 100% be using workers family next year for the season.

Highly recommend workers family if you’re looking to work abroad. Room was very spacious with a working fridge, aircon and fan. Reps were lovely and very helpful with my enquiry’s especially Ryan in Zante. Looking forward to next year :)

Very good experience. Kyle and Will were very helpful reps. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to work a season abroad. Kyle arranges all the events for the first week and jobs were lined up.

I’ve just done a month with workers family, in Ayia Napa I loved everyday would defo do it again and recommend to anyone else. Everyone here is so friendly and the reps are amazing help especially Mitch. Made memories that will last forever, grateful I got to experience this.

Highly recommend going out to Ayia Napa with workers family, me and my girlfriend went and did 3 months with them, the reps were always there for anything we needed. They are very welcoming and a big thanks to Mitch and amo for helping us throughout the entire thing

A family member of mine has been away with workers family and has been in a room without a working toilet, stove, fridge or air-conditioning. When they asked the reps for an extra pillow, the rep called her a hustler. No discounts permitted as promised and mould all over the building. Fire doors hanging off, people have literally defecated in the hallways without any action taken. A rep named Georgina recruited my family member hasn't even shown up as promised! SCAM

Ryan was the best rep looked after everyone so well and had such a hard job with so many people smashed it what an amazing guy and very professional

Worker's Family provided us with a lot of support with finding work in Zante this June. From posting job offerings in group chats to sorting an events package for us featuring all the best events on the island, even just being there to listen to our concerns. Ryan and Alex were around the accommodation every day and always made sure we were getting on alright. Overall a great company to work abroad through

Workers family have really looked after me while being here I’ve felt so comfortable with the reps especially Mason he’s made sure I know if I have any problems I can go to him and he’s also given me recommendations on good places to work etc. Would definitely recommend working abroad with this company
