Responsive, Knowledgable, Fast Shipping
I'm incredibly impressed with the team at WORKOUT.EU. They're very responsive, knowledgeable about sizing, and efficient with shipping.
I live in Canada and have been Oly lifting for the last two years. I decided to upgrade to some proper lifting shoes. After doing in-depth research, I decided that the Anta 2s were the shoes I wanted.
I couldn't find them anywhere in North America. I eventually landed on WORKOUT.EU's website... but all the sizes were sold out. I emailed them and got a response the next day with a rough timeline for when they would get new stock. Due to wars and production limitations, getting them in took a few months. The whole time, they were always responsive when I followed up, and eventually, I could pre-pay for my size, which they helped advise me on.
It took 2 days for them to get to Canada with DHL from the Czech Republic. I did pay about $165.00 in duties, which is expected(just in case anyone from North America is curious about that before they order)

Excellent service. Ordered, and received a notification within 30 minutes that the product had been packaged and dispatched, and received the order the very next day in the UK.

Great shopping experience
Products and prices are really good with a good range on you cant find anywhere else. Delivery was very quick to the UK too; I was expecting to pay import duty as the UK is now outside the EU, but I got lucky this time! I did have a small issue with one item, but the staff at workout.eu were very quick to look into this and provide a resolution, thank-you

Am 10.12.2024 Glutamin bestellt. 7Tage später wurde mir mitgeteilt, das die Ware garnicht vorhanden ist. Es wurde sich geeinigt das der Betrag zurück erstattet wird.
Nach Aufforderung am 02.01.2025 das ich immer noch keine Geld zurück erhalten habe. Am 03.01.25 bekamm ich eine Korrekturrechnung und der Mitteilung das es ca 5 Tage dauert bis das Geld wieder da ist. Am 03.02. musste ich am feststellen das wieder kein Geld gekommen ist. Nach Rücksprache mit der Polizei habe ich dieser Firma bis zum 07.02.25 Zeit geben. Wenn bis dahin nichts da ist, ERFOLGT EINE ANZEIGE WEGEN WARENBETRUG!!!
ALSO FINGER WEG VON DIESER FIRMA!!!

Excellent service! Ordered my new gym equipment on Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered to my home on Thursday morning.
All the products where there and in perfect condition.
Workout.eu offers great products and their customer service went beyond my expectations. They were very quick to answer my questions while giving me relevant answers.
