Upon your request, your return request was approved, and clear instructions were provided on how to return the unsuitable item.
Upon receipt, your refund was temporarily delayed as you had initiated a payment dispute with your card provider, which prevented us from processing it while the dispute remained active.
Once the dispute was resolved, we immediately processed a full refund for your order.
Respectfully, we therefore do not believe it is accurate to suggest that our customer service team provided no assistance, as your return was authorised, your enquiries were answered and your refund was completed.

Overalls and boots.
Had to wait a over a week for 2 items that were in stock. But when I called customer services I was told they were waiting delivery. Would have helped if website had said out of stock. Pleased with items when they arrived. Good customer service.

For clarity, your order was placed on 2 October. Each of the items ordered was advertised on our website with a usual dispatch timeframe of 3–5 working days. This information is displayed on the relevant product pages before an order is placed.
You contacted us on 5 October, before the advertised dispatch timeframe had elapsed, and requested that the order be cancelled. We actioned your request that same day and immediately issued a full refund to the card used for payment.
Once a refund has been processed by us, the time taken for the funds to appear in your account is determined by the banking/payment processing system and can typically take 3–5 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot accelerate this process once the refund has been issued.
We appreciate that you would have preferred the items to be dispatched sooner, but we do not agree that the advertised dispatch information was misleading or that your funds were retained by us following cancellation.
