I purchased a pair of caterpillar work boots for over £110
Just after 6 months of having them the stitching came apart on the heal of the right boot which you do not expect when buy a pair of boots for that price
When contacting I was told there was nothing they could do it was wear and tear which if it was id understand but this was 100% a fault with the boot the way the stitching can’t apart and the boot opened up
I’d 100% advise people to avoid buy from these as other companies are helpful and would replace a fault line that no problem

Been 3 weeks and not received order, Been emailing and have had no response. I will start a charge back claim as this is ridiculous. I will also be reporting to trading standards if they refuse a refund. Absolutely appalling. Honestly i don't mind the wait but the lack of communication is ridiculous.

Unfortunately, very slow processing and delivery dates. Almost 4 weeks between ordering and delivery

I work in Health and Safety currently in Ireland after spending 15 years in the UK. I have dealt with many PPE suppliers across the UK in my time and I have never experienced such a negative experience as I have had with this company.

Firstly this company showed up as caterpillar online for Ireland so I placed an order for ladies caterpillar boots sized 5 as I usually would. After paying £10 postage they arrived, although they said size 5 they seemed more like a size 7/8. I placed another order for a size 4, again after paying £10 postage they arrived at least too big. I contacted the company and explained I had paid for a collection Locker and if they could assist, the sizing of these boots were extremely unusually big. I am a size 4, workwear boots have always been a size 5 with any supplier I have used in the last 20 years working in construction.
I was responded to with a basic request ignoring any of my concerns regarding cost. I shouldn't have to pay almost £50 all in between ordering and sending back for a pair of size 3 boots in the end! There was no customer care whatsoever.

I am aware people will look at reviews when placing PPE or even for companies who have accounts. You do not want to be dealing with this and with something as important as correctly fitting safe workwear.

They also sent a generic email on each order to say the item was not in stock which prolonged each order. Going by another review on here that seems to be standard.

Absolutely appalling company. After 2 weeks, and already out of pocket quite a lot.

I ordered a pair of Snickers work pants from what I thought was Snickersdirect. Unfortunatly the order was processed by workwear outlet. the 2-3 working day delivery changed to 5-7 working days soon after the day of ordering.
Still no sign or communication from them after the second delivery date passed. I was appalled by the language and falsehoods that followed.
this is the email I received.
"Hi Martin

We dont con anyone nor do we "placate idiot customers "
We use the most up to date infoirmation we have to keep customers updated.
Sometimes due to things beyond our control things change.

When I told you your order should arrive with you on Saturday that was becuse the info showed the deliver was due to us on Friday.

Unfortunately this did not happen. Its still not arrived because its beenn help up at customs.

Would you like me to process a full refund and cancel your order or would you like to wait a couple more days?".
This idiot customer has asked for a full refund.....

Stay well clear.

Please do not order from this company. I ordered boots and 2 days later they emailed to say that they do not have them. I replied saying that I would like a refund. That was 2 days ago, have emailed and also phoned. When I phoned, I was given another number which turns out is charged at a premium rate. I just hung up. May have to wait weeks as opened a Paypal dispute. Be warned - stay clear of these chancers!
