Received my patches today. What we received was not close to what we had requested. Even if they had been the right size the stitching was horrible. Absolutely no attempt with customer service to even try to resolve the matter. Definitely won't
be ordering again. As far as your reply to this you lied. It was definitely not the size we ask for nor were we offered any thing from you to make this right. As stated we have the patches from another company with no problems what so ever.

UPDATE: The company contacted me after reading this review. The issue has been resolved. The Patch Superstore replaced all the patches that had an issue with a few days after contacting me. The new patches meet my high standards for quality. Based on the phone conversation and their response I can now recommend their services. Note if you have an issue don't rely solely on email it may make it into the spam folder and never be seen. Call and speak to a company representative to make sure they're aware of any issues. I've changed my 2 star rating to 5. Below is the original edited post so you may see the issue I had and how it was resolved.

...Ordered 100 patches, 37 were not unusable. Most of the unusable patches lettering appeared off center nearly touching the border. Several had loose threads, stitching and letters missing...

Worked with Megan to get our corporate patches created. There was a lot of detail work and we were able to keep the integrity of the design, yet simplify for production. With just a few emails back and forth, we got exactly what we wanted! We couldn't be happier.

This is my first time working with this company and I must say from the 1st call Megan as been wonderful help she is knowledgeable and understanding she is friendly and very helpful I look forward to doing ALOT Of business .. Megan is awesome she deserves a good dinner ...

This is my second experience with PatchSuperstore. The first time I had a patch made and this time a challenge coin. The quality and detail is superb. Megan is an absolute joy to work with. She's responsive, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I will be a repeat customer for years to come. I highly recommend this company.

Making baseball pins extraordinary once more! A debt of gratitude is in order for the marvelous client support. it is so pleasant to talk straightforwardly to a live individual. Dan made a magnificent showing helping us in our plan and requesting. Profoundly prescribed organization to all baseball crew requiring pins for exchanging.

Alluded by my companion for our baseball pins which we sent over our group logo and hues and the work of art we got back was incredible we experienced 6 distinct changes to satisfy everybody here before at last affirming. They have incredible in rolling out those improvements quick and just unpacked them today and they look great. The kiddos have a ton of exchanging power now with these and I spared about $300. Much obliged once more.

Excellent first experience buying patches. I honestly had no idea what I was doing or if my artwork was going to be viable - Megan was very patient with me, answering all my questions, walking me through the steps on the phone, and sending me example images. Proofs were returned quickly and we were able to go back and forth a few times to reach a realistic design that satisfied what I was going for. Once designs were approved, it took about two weeks for the patches to be made and shipped and a couple more days to arrive.

The sales rep I David suggested the Iron on back for putting the patches onto my hats and it sure made it easier and seems to hold really well on my stuff. Dave did a great job following up with me on my order too as I forgot all about it.

This is my 14th order with PatchSuperstore and just now getting around to writing a review. Sorry Guys! Let me break it down into categories. Speed: Artwork is usually back to me same day, Patches and Pins generally 10-15 days until they arrive at my door. Quality: It's my 14th order in 3 years and quality has always been great. We had an issue with 1 order and they fixed it fast. Price: Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and understand quality comes at a cost too. Support: They are based in Florida when I call 95% of the time it's answered in 2 rings. Megan is my sales rep and knows her stuff.

Great patch supplier!!! After reading some of the negative reviews I was a bit nervous to order with them. Once I spoke to the salesperson everything went smooth. Listen to sales when they have recommendations for your design. Being new to this type of production they really made it easy and with the recommendations as these look better then I would have imagined. Shipping was also very quick with overnight delivery with FedEx the total order took 11 days.

These people are the best. Great customer service. Great artwork and skills. I would highly recommend patchsuperstore.com to anyone that wants a high quality product and service.

Just a few words for the wonderful folks at Patch Superstore. I can’t believe what they did for me while having little to nothing to work with from my end. Somehow they knew what I wanted. “Job well done”!
