I’ve been a customer for about two years…
I’ve been a customer for about two years, and unfortunately this is the second consecutive order with serious issues. After this experience, I won’t be returning.
On a previous order, I approved the artwork based on the proofs provided, which showed correct designs for the labels. I contacted the company only to address a bleed issue. I was informed that correcting the bleed and cutting to full bleed would incur an additional $19 charge, which I declined, explaining that I could trim the labels myself. No other changes were requested or approved.
Despite this, the labels I received did not match the approved proofs. Fonts were changed, and more concerning, the floral artwork itself was altered and inconsistently cropped, resulting in imagery that no longer matched my original designs or branding. These were not minor adjustments — they were material changes to the label artwork that were never approved. The approved images in my order history still show the correct designs, making the discrepancy between what was approved and what was delivered especially concerning.
When I raised the issue, emails went unanswered. I later called and was given promised timelines that were not honored. My order then sat on hold without communication for extended periods and ultimately took nearly two weeks to complete. Instead of refunding the error, I was issued a store credit, which forced me to reorder with the same vendor in order to recover my money.
Importantly, even though the delay and design issues were not my fault, I was still required to pay shipping again on the second order (nearly $9). The company advertises expedited shipping on orders over $50, but because the resolution was issued as a credit rather than a refund, I was excluded from that benefit and bore the shipping cost again despite the original error.
On the subsequent order (placed 2/9 for a scheduled collection release on 2/27), artwork corrections were addressed promptly and approved by 2/10 around noon EST. The company advertises a 4 business day production timeline, but the order remained in prepress for days. On the stated ship date (2/17), I was informed that the order had not yet completed printing. Only after repeated follow-up did the order move forward, with shipping initiated afterward.
When the labels arrived, there were also visible quality control issues, including uneven cuts, inconsistent alignment within the label area, and irregular framing of the artwork across the sheet. For a brand that depends on visual consistency and retail presentation, this confirmed that the order was rushed through production rather than properly reviewed.
I take responsibility for a single sizing correction on the second order, which I addressed immediately by phone and email. However, unauthorized artwork changes, inconsistent output, missed timelines, poor communication, additional costs, and being forced to reorder via credit rather than refund represent a clear pattern rather than isolated mistakes.
My business is growing, and I need vendors who respect approvals, communicate clearly, and honor published turnaround times. Unfortunately, this company no longer meets that standard.
Ordered the same label for years and they cannot get it right after three tries

Called and SL requested and image...WE SENT They then were not putting this on RUSH and we had to plead for labels!
Label replacement came and they were NOT the same as we have ALWAYS ordered .....CLEAR was the original not OPAQUE that arrived!!!
Called again took another image sent to SL and requested another RUSH!
SL is losing its glue?
It has so far taken three tries to get what we have ALWAYS ORDERED FOR YEARS!!!
So far they have screwed up 400 sheets!
This company is a joke
This company is a joke. I had a perfectly sized file for the rectangle shaped label I needed and had used with other vendors, but tried to use this company since the costs were less. The colors were totally off, my purple was turned to blue, my green almost a brown, orange to tan, and my tan white. The pixelation was so bad the words are almost unreadable. Customer service was even worse. They tried to say I should have reached out with images that weren't downloadable on the site and pantone colors that you also can't input on the site. And since I ok'd the proofs which looked like the original images not what they sent I should have some how known they wouldn't look right since I didn't send the additional files (that were never requested). So no refund and no making the labels correctly. These lables have been made by other vendors and myself at home with a cheap printer with no issues.
I had a very simple order that took almost a month to ship.
I had a very simple order. It took more than 2 weeks for them to get into into production once I approved the proof. It then still did not ship on time. I've been waiting over 3 weeks for a few labels I needed for a project. I should have just gone to a Kinkos.
Orders shipped to wrong address twice
Placed 3 orders. First was the wrong paper type, the second 2 went to the wrong address.

I had a very disappointing experience with their service. I placed an order for $2,500 worth of labels but canceled it before printing because I realized I had submitted the wrong design. Instead of a refund, they issued a $2,500 store credit, which I accepted.
Since they advertise free shipping on orders over $50, I expected to still benefit from that promotion. However, they told me I couldn’t use the free shipping code because I was paying with store credit. When I asked if they could simply offer free shipping without a code, they said no.
I just don’t understand why they’re making it so difficult to provide basic, reasonable customer service. It feels like they're going out of their way to make things harder for loyal customers.
Brady Hudson is completely incompetent…
Brady Hudson is completely incompetent and horrible at any sort of customer service. Snarky comments and an inability to communicate with a complete coherent sentence. He purposely misprinted the labeled with the wrong color and isn’t even familiar with their own design program on the website. This is a common theme with this company. Find a local printer and save the headache dealing with this company. Brady Hudson the design supervisor is is absolutely worthless.
Will on the other, actually knows what he’s doing and is quite pleasant.
Negative reviews are popping up all over about sheet labels including on the better business bureau. It’s becoming quite apparent that the company will cost you time and money in the long run.
I bought the stickers sheet to print…
I bought the stickers sheet to print on, but unfortunately using theirs website is horrible you can’t design your own stickers and print them as you wish home, you have to make the design and buy it from them only if you want a better design , I prefer Avery
Quality Labels!!
I used them to make wine labels for my rebranding event. I must say I was very impressed. They were very responsive. I was really under the gun with my deadline and they delivered without a hitch. Communication throughout the entire process was top-notch. The labels came out beautiful. The quality is outstanding and I will definitely order my next batch from them.

I recently ordered a few labels from this company. I usually use other on demand printers, but did some price comparisons and thought to try sheetlabels for a change. Honestly, I would order from them again. Turn around was a bit longer than I'm used to from other companies but I'm okay with that. I like the price and if it requires a bit better planning on my part, that's fine.
The colors came out wonderfully and will make my product look a lot more professional. The quality, I feel, leaves nothing to be desired.

I bought these to make some stickers at home and labels from SheetLabel's Amazon store. The sticker sheets themself are perfectly fine. However the software that you need to use from SheetLabels.com....is the most horrendous application I've ever encountered from a company. No matter how you follow the instructions -- these labels do not print centered on the stickers.
The first row looks okay, but off centered. As you progress down the rows, the image moves around and by the last row, the image/text is so out of alignment that they get cut off. I have 3 printers, and they do the same on every one. So it's NOT my printer. The misalignment pattern is the same on every print -- so it's definately the software used by SheetLabels.
It's like whoever made the program for the design software...did not do it properly. All stickers are misaligned, like the spacing in the software for each sticker on the sheet is very, very off.
Unfortunately you cannot use these stickers with any other company software...because they are probably specific to SheetLabels.com.
Save your money - do not buy these products. Try another reputable brand.

This site is terrible and the customer service is worse. I told them multiple times that I am a European using their site and the people helping me did not think to mention ONCE that they only ship within the US. A lot of wasted time and effort. One star.
HIDDEN EXTA SHIPPING CHARGES
Do not order from them if you are out of country. They do not disclose the shipping fees and upon receipt I was charged $122 duties and taxes on a $175 order! Then when I emailed them, they took no accountability or action. Basically too bad, not our problem. Never buying from them again!

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service
I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company’s customer service. Their lack of professionalism and attention to customer needs was shocking. I will not be doing business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.
OMG this company is AWFUL
OMG this company is absolutely horrible. I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed an order.
I was in a huge time crunch and in checkout I selected the 4 day turnaround. Then it gave me an estimated date of delivery that worked for my deadline.
I approved the proof right away and called to make sure the labels would make it before my deadline and they said they'd try to speed it up.
Well now I'm a week out, my deadline is tomorrow morning and it's been radio silence from them - labels haven't even been printed and now I get to spend the day trying to find a local printer that I can pay a rush fee with to get this job done within a couple days. I'm out of stock on product now because I have no labels. I'm totally screwed. Never buy from this company.

No usable templates!
No usable templates! What good does a PDF template do me when I cannot edit it. Why isn't there a Word template? I ordered label from Premium Label Supply and I had labels printed in less then 5 mins. I ordered from SheetLabels because they had the exact size I needed, which cost me a premium price.. and now I'm struggling to even print labels. Sorry.. will have to find another supplier for next order. Make sure they have a usable template before ordering!

Sometimes they send labels.
Made two orders same day for the same product, one somewhat time-sensitive, the other not. The 6-day order shipped on day 3. The 4-day order is going on day 9.
I followed up on day 6. Customer service was going to get back with me by the end of the day. They didn't. Followed up. Would get back by the end of the day. They didn't. Followed up. Nothing. I thought our situation was more unique but it looks like it's par for the course.
DO NOT ORDER
I ordered 10,000 labels from this company. 9 of the 10 packs were fine, but the last pack was made from totally different material. I contacted the company asking them to replace the pack and they said too much time had passed. They offered me a 25% discount on a future order. Why would I order from them again when they can't send the correct product and don't stand behind their mistakes?
Too many chances given - I am DONE with these guys
6/18/24 - I've given these guys entirely too many chances and I am officially DONE!! The proof comes to you - you ok it and then it sits.... and sits some more. Estimated ship date comes goes and NOTHING. When you finally call the order miraculously ships the next day or so after being told 'we've been out of xxx you ordered and, look at that, we just got some in today'. The customer service agents I have actually spoken with are rude as are the 'supervisors'. They couldn't care less about their customers. I have an order that was approved on June 7 and has sat in PREPRESS since even though today, June 18, is the supposed ship date. I have sent them an email and awaiting the response. I'll let you know what BS excuse they give this time. Do yourself a favor and find any other printing company other than these guys.
Update 6/19/24 - After sending an email asking why my order was still in PREPRESS on the scheduled ship date (6/18/24) I miraculously received an email letting me know the order had shipped but.... there was no tracking number. When I go into my account o the website the delivery date now shows EXPECTED 6/14-17 - Um, either you have a time machine or you lie even when dealing with shipping information. Stay FAR AWAY from this company.
Terrible Service & Poor Communication
All around terrible service and poor communication from the start. I just had to cancel my order and request a refund.
I ordered labels for a business I’m starting on 5/22 and selected the “Ships in 6 days” option. I’m ready to go with my business and the only thing I’m waiting on are these labels. I had received my proofs and everything looked good. After about a week I check in on my order. There’s been no update, but I notice in my “order details” if I click around a bit there are warnings on my proof letting me know things might not print as designed. These are really important things to know but were not shown on my proof or made aware to me via email or any other way.
I’m a little nervous about that, but hoping everything prints fine. I’ve been waiting long enough, how much longer can it take?
A few more days go by and I reach out to customer service to see what’s going on. They tell me the “ships in 6 days” is not the time from placing an order until it ships out, but the amount of time it takes to get to me once they send it off. So there’s essentially no promise of turnaround time and, I would say, a misleading one up front.
They say it will ship 6/3. I’m checking my order everyday and it’s still in the “Pre Print” phase. No change. So today, 6/4 I reach out again. They say they are having a delay in processing because of a big holiday sale they had. I ask for an updated ship date and they can’t give me one, but ask me to wait a day or two and see what happens.
Look, I don’t mind a delay. Things happen, but give your customers a heads up! Leaving us in the dark is one of the worst things you can do.
They tell me if I cancel, I’ll only get a refund if they haven’t printed it yet. I’ve waited long enough, I was supposed to launch this business weeks ago. I thought I was getting a 6 day turnaround time and a good deal on a good product, but everything is pointing toward a disappointing one.
Mid-chat, the person helping me switches and I have to start the whole process over again. No “hey I’m clocking off, this person will take it from here”, just a “hi! How can I help?” In the middle of this customer service chat trying to get to the bottom of when o can expect these labels. Very poor user experience all around.
I went ahead and cancelled and see that I should have listened to the negative reviews that I saw before ordering, but as a mom starting a small business I was taking a chance on a low price. Turns out, it is cheap, not just in price but in quality, communication, and customer service. Not one aspect of this order has been satisfactory.
Never using sheet labels.com again.
