They provide excellent customer service and quality product.

Ordered 2 different patches from this vendor. Communication was very good with David, and I had a designer do the design in the appropriate format so they would be professional. When the patches came, on one of them the colors were way off. Vendor did not have a universal color chart or thread color to choose from. He pointed to website that has a color chart you can look at on the monitor, which is not an accurate way to do colors either. Asked him to do a sample and get a photo from the factory in China so we could be sure it would not happen again. He said that was a $50 fee!! He never made it right and should have made sure it came out correctly. I ended up going with another patch company, they did a sample at no charge, got it right the first time, and when they came in the mail they were much thicker and better quality than the PatchSuperstore patches. I asked for a credit, multiple emails, zero response. Will never use again.

I needed to order patches for my upcoming annual meeting. I had an idea of what I wanted the patch to have, but didn't have any prepared artwork. David the sales rep I worked with was really helpful and had their designer take my idea and make it look even better than I could have imagined. The patches turned out great and they were a huge hit at the meeting. Thanks!

Terrible products, even worse customer service. After months of them telling me it was user error that their products did not apply correctly, they eventually told me that it was the products themselves and I was stuck with patches that were terrible. Do not purchase from them, there are plenty of other places who will do a MUCH better job and for a cheaper price.

Update: They reported my review for vulgar language and deleted my reviews off of their Facebook page. Their response was that they offered me multiple options all of which I refused, however, the only option they offered was for me to purchase more patches from them. Shows the true colors of this company and have since been contacted by multiple people who have had similar experiences with this company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Patchsuperstore.com

I initially ordered from Patch Superstore because the customer service was prompt at the beginning. Once I placed the order though, the service and information has evaporated. My order has disappeared with absolutely no updates or information. I've left voicemails, emails and had direct conversations a representative but can't get any firm details as to what the status of my order is. Weeks have gone by with no information except that the factory might have more information and that maybe a manager might know more. It's well past the 7 - 10 days they tout on their site. I'm disappointed that putting them on a public forum like this is necessary but I do this in the hopes that an actual manager with some 100% accurate information actually takes action to remedy the situation.

Update 03/23/17: Many thanks to Bill for the very prompt responses. I'm looking forward to talking to you offline to get this all sorted out.

I bought some patches last month and I am still waiting on my order. I wanted to get an update on when they would arrive. They don't answer the phone or call back. I got an e-mail stating and I quote: "I'm guessing it will ship next week sometime." I run a business and this is not an acceptable answer to me. I am hoping the quality of the patches when they arrive will be better than their bad customer service. Either way I am NOT ordering from them again.

I always order Girl Scout event patches from Patch Superstore because they always get it right. No matter how many times I ask for a design or color change, they are happy to help me. Bill is the best!! Today was my deadline to order and I know it was after closing time but he stayed on the phone with me making color changes until we got the patch just right! Thanks a million, Bill!!!

Fantastic product. The patches are as I envisioned it. The customer service and quality of the product was outstanding. Shipping was very timely. The patches are so beautiful that I have begun given them as gift to my students and not just wearing them when i teach. I would definitely have recommended the company and will gladly reorder again and again from them.

We needed 200 custom made patches in a short turn time. Nicki was really easy to work with and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Although the patch our girls created was ridiculously detailed, I sent it over thinking they would just offer an alternative of what they could create. Instead, Nicki said they could produce it as it was in all it's overdone-10-year-old-girl-detail. It was amazing! The colors were fantastic and the quality of the end product is stunning. I asked to switch colors twice and they didn't hesitate. A new proof was delivered within the hour each time with no additional charges and no issues at all. It was night and day difference from another company we were attempting to work with that was well known but slow to respond and extremely condescending when we sent in our original art work. We LOVE the Patch Superstore and wholeheartedly recommend them!

Top notch quality and service and can recommend without any reservations. Design team did a great job converting a drawing into a fantastic back patch for our motorcycle club. We constantly receive compliments on the patch!

I've been working with the Patch Super Store for over 2 years. They have always accommodated my requests in a timely fashion. There employees are curious and friendly. They are the only company I use for my patches. Keep up the good work.
