World of Pets Go the Extra Mile!
Natasha is amazing and goes 'the extra mile'. It is a small company so sometimes substitutions have to be made but that is no hardship, the cats done care! When that happens, she always phones or emails personally and that is 'worth its weight in gold' to receive such a personable service.
There is always a little thank you gift in my order too... you really feel like you are dealing directly with a real person and not a faceless huge company.
My cats look forward to their delivery as I do!
