Most our stores also have a large aquarium department specializing in tropical fish and all the equipment including tanks, filters and the latest lighting. A great company to deal with!
Really helpful and sorted the problem out without a quibble. Anthony took responsibility for our pond pump problem and made sure we got the replacement part. Lovely to deal with.

Plants arrived in poor condition
Plants arrived in poor condition, one of the pots had almost nothing in it, the aquatic soil they were in was like mud, at £18 each I would have expected to receive much better products. Not sure if what I have is alive or dead time will tell. Will not shop from this site again

Bought 2 x pvc pipes for a pond i was building at home and a few fittings. Didn’t realise at the time they’d been cut in half ! Payed £32 for a 3 metre length of 50mm pvc pipe. Just picked another one from screw fix £13. They must of seen me coming

Very good customer service, helped me out with a lily plant order which was delayed twice, was contacted twice by phone to tell me my options. They offered me an alternative free of charge and put my refund onto my account, so everything is good, Thanks.
