Zero Stars!!! my mom ordered something and they took her money. Gave her a fake order number & never sent anything!!! Being reported as we speak

I ordered heart bracelet for me & my daughter. It did arrive but broken and unwearable. The clasp doesnt stay tight so is constantly falling down my and my daughters wrist. Tried the contact form on their website and had no response. I wish a read the reviews before it did a purchase :-(

Ordered spinning ring for my daughter for Christmas present still not arrived It’s now Christmas Day by the looks of the reviews I’m not holing much hope on quality or receiving anytime soon wish I would of looked at these reviews before I bought paid £20

Bought bracelets for my daughters, 1 broke after less than 24hrs! Not worth the money

Absolutely disgusting waited over a month for product which I was looking forward to giving my daughter after struggling after a attack , the ring was ment to spin which I thought would be ideal to help with her anxiety but no it doesn't. Do not read the false reviews on there website . Went through PayPal and got my money back

I wish I read these reviews before purchasing mother’s daughter love heart bracelet!! They had completely different reviews on their website!!The bracelet is soo thin and the quality is soo cheap! I emailed them heaps of times to ask for return- refund method and NO ONE RESPONDED!!!!!it’s by far the worst experience and waste of money EVER!!!

I placed an order over a month ago for a personalised pendant advertised in Spanish.

I am in the UK.

❌ They sent the wrong item three times
❌ The text was incorrect and unusable (including one replacement in English instead of Spanish)
❌ The item does not match what they advertise

I requested a full refund, which I am legally entitled to.

Instead, they are now telling me I must return the items to Australia at my own expense in order to get my money back — despite the mistakes being entirely theirs.

The product is useless to me and this situation has been going on for over a month.

Please be very careful before ordering.

Product arrived , not the best quality for a gift

Slow delivery and difficult to track parcel without following other links
Could have ordered the same item elsewhere with a much quicker delivery and easier tracking system
Ordered my item on 27/11/25 and still waiting delivery on 8/12/25 As this is an Xmas gift, I will purchase again from a different supplier rather than take the risk of not receiving

Engraving is so small you can hardly read it

Bad quality and unwearable since it’s too long. For refund they ask to ship to Australia. What a shame

Avoid- I ordered the silver heart bracelets which took ages to arrive. They look tarnished and feel cheap and flimsy. Thankfully they are not expensive but not worth the time or money

We purchased a necklace for $47. It was sent to the wrong address. Worthy Always sent it to a parcel locker owned by someone else, despite the envelope having my address on it (photo of envelope being put in the parcel locker by courier at wrong address). Worthy Always have terrible communication and have not refunded me since this occurred, 6 weeks ago. Do not purchase in this website, they are unreliable and not trustworthy.
