Make sure to only buy from Wosado, there are a lot of dupes out there.

Superb experience with the service team. Everything was dealt with promptly. Questions are answered directly in a group chat, not by a bot. Special requests can be made. Delivery was on time and received within 7 days. Received freebies too. Quality of product is high and definitely not a cheap make.

i love these lashes and the customer service is great. the applicator that came with my lashes broke about a week after i got them and they replaced it quickly and easily!

I bought three lashes and the website says it will come with a gel to help make them stick which I need because they aren’t staying very well on their own.

I tried to contact them via Instagram and they told me to reach out to an email address so I did but did not hear back for a month.

Finally I found their customer service WhatsApp number and texted and the person said they would be willing to send me the gel IF I posted a good review here… I haven’t even gotten to try the lashes with the gel I was supposed to get with it… I don’t think a five star review is earned for simply fulfilling a customer’s expected order. Happy to write a good review once I get my order fulfilled properly and I try the lashes and they work well with the gel.

EXTREMLEY BAD SERVICE. i ordered lashes and they did not arrive despite it being marked as delivered. i been contacting customer service for days and still no response. i want my refund now.

I tried my first pair of Wosado magnetic lashes this month (Silky no. 1) and I’ve worn them about 10 times so far. It’s a very natural set that works well for an every day look. No issues with the product and I think they will last awhile! It takes some time to get used to the application (tip: place applicator right up to lash line and angle upwards before squeezing the applicator!) After a couple of practices, these are great lightweight lashes that stay on for a full work day! It’s easy to remove with no glue mess! I am buying other styles soon to try!

I’ve been looking for easy lashes to use and have tried several brands, but Wosado has quickly become my favorite! I love how it doesn’t require glue and truly takes only a few seconds to put on. My favorite style is #20 pudding black and it really helps to enlarge your eyes. Their customer service is the best and they provide the best shopping experience and answer all of my questions in a timely manner. I can’t wait to try more of their popular styles too.

Me and my friends recently bought it and tried it. We bought 2 different style, No 17 and No 18.

It is very easy to use and looks very natural when applied. I love how we can avoid the messy mess as we don’t need to use glue anymore which saves so much time.

After trying both, we liked No 18 more for daily use and reached out to the customer service team for an exchange. They were very helpful and agreed to switch it for us immediately.

I’ve been using wosado for a year now and it’s life-changing for me! I have very stubborn monolid AND hooded asian eyes, so normal false eyelashes don’t really attach properly. But Wosado since it’s magnetic, it attaches really well alongside their clear eyelash fixer or any mascara. I’d recommend them so much! it takes awhile to learn how to put them on, but once you get the hang of it, your life would be much easier!! My makeup routine is so much faster now thanks to Wosado 🥺

Very good customer service. I had a few problems with my order and questions so I texted the whatsapp. They were able to respond within 5 minutes. Very quick and helpful. The website is a little hard to navigate but has all the products displayed! Waiting for my lashes to arrive!

I've stopped getting lash extensions ever since I ordered my first pair of Wosado lashes from their website; I now have 6 pairs of different styles now!! Their customer service is very responsive and delivery was faster than I expected. Would recommend to everyone :)
