Bought 2 worktops from wow interiors or AKA “worktop hub” delivered with the ends unprotected but due to their size and weight I couldn’t check them until they were cut and brought in. To my horror they were badly damaged and scratched. The company point blank refused to do anything about it, They produced a copy of a delivery note showing I had signed to say they were delivered in good condition, I did not sign it that someone in there company did. I took up a complaint through visa who took two months and got nowhere so I ended up £580 out of pocket as I had to by more elsewhere.

I bought a worktop checked everything but didn't have kitchen put in till 4 months later when I ripped the barcode sticker from the worktop the laminate came off with it , they don't want to know saying I could have done it and offered me 5% off a new one , terrible attitude on the phone. STAY AWAY

HC supplies charged an extra £20 to deliver to the capital of Scotland. I then learned it was passed onto another company Id surfaces to deliver. The payment was to wow interiors very confusing indeed. My delivery was delayed 5 times by id surfaces reasons included not arrived, arrived damaged, drivers house was flooded and then someone made a mistake and it will be another 4 days till we can deliver. I think more likely they ran out of reasons to delay it. I then phoned hcsupplies for a refund and was told it will be passed onto there accounts team and would take 2-5 days and this was normal as the person on the call had to wait 2 days after they processed a refund for it to appear on his account(not sure why he would need a refund from the company he works for). So I am waiting a couple of days but looks like I will need to phone the bank for them to chase it. Extremely dodgy and I would highly advise you not to buy anything from this company. Also I seen they challenge some other reviews if you want proof I have emails and phone recordings of all calls to prove this is what happened.

What a terrible company, the product was defective and as we never reported it in within 3 days of arrival we were very rudely dealt with, they never sent out the edging required which held the job up more, when we did call about the order they kept saying they’d call us back, promised phone calls only to be sent an e mail and refusing to answer calls unless I used my daughters phone so he obviously screens calls. Then I asked for a refund for a second panel of splashback I ordered and asked him to confirm if I’ll get back the full value I paid as well as postage and the reply was “well your maths is obviously better than mine”. Called today to confirm and was hung up on by Pete. An absolute disgrace of a company and not surprised to see a whole host of bad reviews on here. Tried to find a number for head office to make a formal complaint and was told there isn’t a head office and no official channel to complain!!

So dissatisfied!! We paid a £500 to have a template or our granite worktops made but the space behind the hob should have been 600 it was 595 so the glass behind would not fit we contacted the their response was you signed it off !!! ! The fitter damaged our wallpaper and the door into the pantry ,we sent them photos and tried to speak or communicate with the management at no time did they make any effort to contact us, Nicola the showroom consultant was very good and tried to help but got no back up from management.We in the end took them to small claims court. They paid before it went to court ,it was under £300 ,hardly a fortune to a company .l could never recommend them to anyone .

Terrible company to deal with. They are not interested once they have taken full payment. They won’t replace or refund a quartz work surface that they templated and manufactured incorrectly. They won’t return my calls or emails and I am now having to take further action. Please, if you are looking to spend money on a quartz work surface - go elsewhere. They may be able to beat the price a little - but there is a reason for that and it is not worth it. Do not use this company and as one other reviewer has said - avoid like the plague! Terrible and very dishonourable. Their showroom is in Tickhill Doncaster but they also trade as Hc supplies.

they chased up a quotation so i gave them the order, we arranged a day for them to come to my house and measure for a template and then they phoned me back and said they couldnt do it as it was too small, but they had already taken so money. Stay clear they dont know what they are doing ):

Avoid like the plague. Ordered samples two weeks ago - still waiting. Should have learnt my lesson really before going ahead and ordering the worktops. They got ordered and it all went smoothly - until the delivery arrives. Driver turns up from Deralam and tells me (a 28 week pregnant woman) that he needs an able-bodied person to offload the worktops otherwise they don't get offloaded the truck. Any sane person would wonder why they only send one driver to begin with. I then had to ask a neighbour to kindly helped to offload the delivery. And yes you also get charged an additional £40.00 for a second delivery - not taking into account the driver was unwilling to wait for the neighbour to arrive outside. All in all the worst delivery service I have ever experienced and definitely wouldn't recommend the company. Especially seeing as they aren't willing to share the correct protocols when they happy enough to take your hard-earned cash. Next time I will be sticking with the bigger names out there. Pay peanuts and you will always get ........

I ordered a worktop , confirmed delivery and organised the trades for the following weekend. 2 days later I received a refund for it.
The reason given was that the couriers ( based in Glasgow) who this company use don't deliver to the Highlands. I live in Oban, two and a half hours from Glasgow.
I think it's totally unacceptable that despite being happy to pay a £40 delivery charge a delivery company can dictate to a retailer who they will deliver too.
I'm sure they deliver to rural areas in the rest of the UK and places like Aberdeen which is further away from Glasgow than Oban is.
Wow Interiors need to look at their contract with their delivery company and get this sorted. If the likes of John Lewis and Ikea can deliver to Oban without any hassle, I can't see who Wow- Interiors can't manage it.
