WP Buffs has been an great company to work with. This might sound like an overly positive review but please don’t write it off. I have worked with so many vendors of various sizes in the past that have consistent issues and make about as much work for me as what they are trying to solve for. This is not the case with WP buffs, they are good enough that you can pretty much set it and forget it with all the confidence that you won’t have any issues.

I can’t praise a company enough when they are as run as seamlessly as these people. I’m a one-man creative agency that utilizes their white-label website support for an e-commerce website I designed and built in Wordpress. I have had very few issues, the ones I had were very minor (an image got wonky with a plug-in update) and the WP buffs team always responds very quickly for anything. The white label service also came with weekly website reports I could choose to have them send to the client or I could send them myself which really helped sell the value to the client. Also, any communication with WP buffs and my client I was able to put my own branding on including the email address being used. Being a creative agency the control over brand interaction was huge for me as that is what my business helps other organizations with. I couldn’t have offered this type of needed ongoing website maintenance to my clients without these them.

Responsive outsourced support for WordPress. Have been using for about a year and is working great for our two WP sites.

About two months ago our company selected WP Buffs to provide maintenance support to our WordPress website. They quickly resolved all the major issues we were having with updates and plug ins which are included in the price of the plan. I was amazed when I realized the extent of the unlimited updates. They have certainly exceed my expectations and truly do everything they can to create a great experience for our customers when they visit our website. I come up with ideas and do not have to invest hours in watching videos on how to implement the ideas. I simply put in a ticket and WP Buffs makes it reality. I can not be more pleased with the service we are receiving.

Absolutely horrible. Broken site more than once . When confronted they try and blame site owner until confronted with revisions history.

They don’t even bother to update plug-ins any more. Should have know man to expect very little from a company who relies so heavily on emoji’s in emails and no showed for the first call.

I used this service with my business and have been thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and organization. They have so many resources and tools available to make your job super easy. I highly recommend as a great resource for managing you WordPress monthly maintenance.

WP Buffs have always stepped in to help with my website maintainence issues promptly at a very reasonable monthly fee - allowing me to concentrate on other areas like content creation, sales, and marketing. This is a blessing for a non-tech founders or website owners!
