I rang for advice for a Harvey water softener that was overflowing. Paul was spot on with his prognosis enabling me to order the riser pipes and fit them 2 days later.

Looking for UV lamps for our water supply that we inherited on moving to our new home. Called Wrekin to make sure I would be buying the correct bulbs. Advice was spot on, really helpful lady on the phone.
Yes you could find cheaper on eBay etc, but I wanted the right bulbs. Delivery was Parcel Force who know exactly where I live, unlike other couriers who drop parcels all over the area!
Next day delivery and when I opened the strong cardboard box to find the tubes so well packaged! They were encased in strong plastic tubes(gutter down pipe or similar) bulbs in usual cardboard tube which had bubble wrap wound around each end so that tube was held centrally and securely in the tube, both ends of tube capped with plastic disc secured with serious cellotape.
Packaging absolutely brilliant, someone has obviously thought long & hard how to get a delicate product through the post, well done.
Fitted a bulb which failed, rang the company who explained what the issue may have been, but replaced the tube nether the less, it arrived next day, packaged in the same amazing way.
What a delight to get such positive customer service, thank you so very much.

I started with wrekin water as needed to find a safe way to consume vast amounts of water because of a life charging situation caused life threatening condition. I'm happy to say I've not looked back and have cut out the very regular A/E visits from 18 in 3 months to none since now 3 years! Supporting my health since the very 1st use.

Paul was very informative, and explained everything in a clear precise way . The delivery was done the following day. The installation and commissioning was simple to follow (a old water softener was replaced so the plumbing was already there)

I've had a filter fitted to one the kitchen sinks for a few years now and the product and delivery service is very good, the filter definitely improves the taste of the water. I would have given 5 stars but the filter no longer comes with the inner tube that holds granules designed to reduce scale build up. Not sure why this is not a option or if it will make a difference, however I wasn't aware of the change to the filter. Overall very good

Really helpful service from the moment the phone is answered by the very pleasant and helpful ladies who then directed me to Paul in the Technical Department. Paul then very carefully guided me through the process of how to remove the old Resin and install the new, which I was having difficulty with.
I purchase the new Resin from them and it was shipped the same day. I cannot recommend them highly enough - Thank you.
