A company that is customer focused who helped significantly with a recent insurance claim we had to make. Easy to contact when advice or help is needed. Highly recommended for Vehicle fleet insurance.

Chandler Freight have had the pleasure to deal with Scott Webster at Wrightsure Group since our inception over 25 Years ago . They cover and have looked after all our Insurance needs in this time .
Rebecca Fiddler currently is our link between the two companies and provides a wonderful and professional service.

I have tried contacting this company without success.
I would definitely not recommend them.

Used this company as it was recommended by the coach company for a trip to Scotland during July, still waiting settlement for a genuine claim for a 24hr delay, the company are using every excuse possible not to settle. The telephone staff are polite and helpful(hence 3 stars) the company are not, I will not recommend or use this company,

We cancelled our office insurance and over 2 months later I’m still waiting for the refund . Wrightsure have only chased the insurance company when I’ve asked them to . They’re not proactive. As it was arranged through them apparently only they can deal with the insurance company. Will never use again

I don't like giving 1 Star took out holiday insurance with ERGO absolute disgrace awful I will tell people to avoid at all costs just read the reviews for ERGO and every one seems to say they try there very hardest to not pay out.

Fantastic service received from the team at Wrightsure. Recently moved our landlord and public liability insurance over to them with significantly reduced premiums compared with their competitors! Would definitely recommend.

You know credit where credit is due!

Our fleet insurers, #WrightSure have been absolutely BRILLIANT during the pandemic. We are managed by a chap called Wayne Buckley and right from day 1 (March 2020) through him they've been attentive, compassionate, sympathetic and empathetic.

Premium reductions & freezing, fleet alterations, quick reimbursement, prompt communications, total support & TLC.

I will never change our coach fleet insurers after this and if you didn't get the same service from your insurers then please give Wright Sure a chance to excel for you too!

Changed van insurance in Sept 2020 and went with Wrightsure as the broker. The service right from the off was excellent, easy to get to speak to staff either on phone or by email and Laura in particular was excellent. Unfortunately needed to claim for loss of vehicle only a month later. Wrightsure helped immediately with this and ensured that the insurance company acted swiftly to settle my claim. Very happy to have taken out insurance with them and to have stayed with them with the new vehicle.

Booked a break for a few days away in scotland beginning of year to depart in March 2020 but trip cancelled due to covid 19 the holiday firm has paid back no fuss but still waiting for a refund from insurance all I keep getting is Unfortunately we have experienced another short delay but are continuing to liaise with all involved parties

A full 5 stars. Beth has been absolutely brilliant. Thanks to wrightsure my disabled boy has transport he needs.

I just started with them, but they really saved my bacon, taking over for an unscrupulous other insurance Broker.
Their reputation is fantastic (I know many other theatre companies that have used them) and they have been so fast and efficient in all my dealings; can't speak highly enough.
So far as I can tell, their claims process is easy and straightforward; let's hope I never have to find out for sure!
