Ordering process was smooth, however, the final product did not match what we have asked for. our name was supposed to be displayed on the white part of the design.

Overall quality of the product for the price you pay. Lettering is already fading in less than a month of use. For almost 20$ a band I would think it would last a little longer.

Although they state it was shipped, the courier has not yet received it. Also, we expected it a lot sooner. It was ordered 20 days ago. The event we were using it for has passed. Luckily it is something we can use in the future.

It all started with the chat customer service! I placed my order, but wasn't able to get the free 200. Freddy, my chat rep, was super easy to work with and figured it all out right away! My proofs came in great timing. My coozies and wrist bands came in great timing and they look amazing! Beautiful <3

Wrist-bands turned out great! First time ordering from Wrist-bands, custom process was eaay to use. We were able to use our logo for our church event, the wrist-band color and font looked amazing and fast shipping. Really happy with our product. Plus we were able to get 100 wrist-bands for free! Highly recommend!

I ordered wristbands that were supposed to feature a "gold glitter" font on a white band. Upon delivery, I noticed that the font was simply a standard gold color without any glittery effect. Additionally, there was a substantial amount of silver glitter on all the wristbands. Some of the bands also displayed black smudges, and I found that two of them had pink smudges inside. The wristbands also have "frayed" edges, which I assume indicates where they were meant to be cut. However, the overall appearance is quite sloppy. Given that we purchased 200 of these for a pediatric cancer initiative, I expected a higher quality product.

My order never arrived after a month of waiting. I had ordered the wristbands for advertisement of a new website we had launched and they were going to be free giveaways at a special conference we are going to be at. Now we have nothing so I am scrambling to find a way to advertise the launch. Couldn’t track them with the order number or link. Said tracking was not available. Called the company and was told that the wristbands were made but after that, I never received a good explanation of what had happened to them. So i just asked for a refund. Very disappointed right now.
