I purchased a wuzutech Herz ring
I purchased a wuzutech Herz ring, all in all it’s not worth the hassle. Yes dealing with wuzu tech is nothing but a hassle, they do not believe in customer service, just grab your cash and wait to see if even receive the product you purchased. They beat me for $100 on an unintelligent ring, not durable, scratches very easy and stops working after about 6-9 months. Data is very minimal on the free app, doesn’t connect with apple. My ring is not working properly and WuzuTech customer service is AI, don’t expect a solution EVER!!! I was stupid to pay and extra $20 for a warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM WUZUTECH EVER!!!!
Not happy with Wuzu Tech Customer Service
I ordered a bird feeder. They mailed me that and a solar splash fountain that I didn’t order. Emailed them and they said to return it, but that I would be responsible for shipping fees. I responded back that I shouldn’t have to pay for sending it back when I didn’t order it. No response from that email. Then I called and was told it was my fault and that they would not pay once again for fees. This is not good customer service. Any time I have good service I post great reviews and when I don’t, that gets posted as well. Wuzu Tech you need to work on striving to make your customers happy. I think it’s quite funny that your letter says, “We strive to create lifelong customers.” That won’t happen this way.
defective feeder
My daughter bought the feeder for me for Christmas; we received the feeder on the 29th of December. I live in Massachusetts, so I was not able to put the feeder outside until mid-February because we had a blizzard. When I set it up the camera would not wake up so it did not work, I would go into the app and wake up the camera but I would have to have the app open on my phone to see any birds. Then I contacted customer service they gave me instructions on how to fix the problem I tried everything, still did not work, I kept emailing Joyce which I now think was AI, she just kept repeating the same instructions. After that the feeder sent my phone motion detections 76 times in 1 hour after that I took it offline. Emailed Joyce again asking to get a new one. She told me that my 90-day warranty expired and she could give me a discount on a new one. Why would I want to spend another $150 on a new one when I got a defective feeder. I very disappointed in the customer service. #459401

Terrible time trying to return
The product itself may or may not be great, we never opened it because it was a gift for someone and they didn't want it so we returned it as is. The problem is in customer service/returns - I did exactly as instructed, packed it up, put the order #, returned it - and then for weeks heard nothing. I sent a total of SIX emails to check in and see where the refund was or even just acknowledgement that they got it and would process - nothing. Not until I threatened to leave a poor review and/or take action did they finally respond 7 weeks later with "we have processed your refund." I fully feel like if I hadn't been on top of constant emails, they would've hoped I forgot about it and kept the money and the returned product.

Nano Clothes Con.
Purchased the Nano Clothes to deal with some minor paint scratches on our SUV, could not use the cloths until winter weather improved and the vehicle could be cleaned properly prior to using the cloths. The cloths are soaked in a white liquid that is extremely messy to use however, I followed the direction and proceeded to apply to the area for about 15 minutes, they did not do a thing to improve the paintwork. I then decided to try on my truck for very minor hair like scratches thinking maybe the SUV scratches were to deep, again no effect whatsoever. Reading other reviews on this product, and talking with a body shop guy, he told me that he has heard this story several times. I am outside the 30 day window to send back so have wasted my money.
THERE IS NO HARRY POTTER WAND TO COVER UP SCRATCHES OTHER THAN A BODY SHOP.
WuzuTech have come back with the standard reply below. This is what there website says, "Paint Touch-Up and Scratch Removal: NanoWipes contain a mild abrasive paste suitable for reducing light scratches, swirl marks, or scuffs on painted surfaces. By gently rubbing the cloth on affected areas, the paste helps to smooth out imperfections, providing a more uniform finish. This is particularly effective for areas around door handles or minor blemishes on the car's body."
Totally not what it states below is it. As said in the original post, the cloth would not touch anything including light hair line scratches from normal wear and tear of driving.

Purchased the happy bird feeder. First, shipping time was lengthy. Comes with just a free short term trial for bird identification. Squirrels are also enjoying the feeder, despite claims they have something that repels them. You have to buy additional cloud storage from China to get the bird identification. $40 a year to share your life with the Chinese. You can buy an SD Card but it just saves video. No identification. Do not recommend.

Where to start
I re contacted wuzu.. like they asked me to. I knew better that they would just tell me what I already do / done ..... DONT WASTE YR MONEY ...
Where to start . Should of took refund on my wife n I qrings.. the first 2 didn't work right so I ask to return them n get new ones . I had to pay shipping to return them smh that's my first red flag . I got 2 new ones . Both still don't track everything properly . Constantly have to refresh resync unbind re bind .... SMH second red flag . Sent email to them they only have it copy n repasted I swear , same stuff in faq..... Third red flag. I bet my return time is up too ... This is TRASH so called health rings .. the light flashes red or green as if its doing its hourly health checks but nothing shows ... Only data it will show is if I manually real time a health request..... The last 2 weeks especially has not kept track of anything properly. Last time it even tracked my sleep was Feb. 22 2026 ...... Complete trash don't waste yr time. Even if u ask for refund take off $ 5-15 off it for return shipping....

I have adopted two small dogs ( Yorkshire terrier’s and they are very vocal lol anyway I’ve tried a couple of different ways to keep them from barking whenever a fly goes by lol
But your no bark works extremely well anytime they bark for no reason it stops them in their tracks 👍 I absolutely Love your product, very effective and small enough you can take it with you if you need to. If there was 0 stars that's what it would have gotten. I bought two bird feeders. 2 weeks of use and it disconnected from my Wi-Fi. I realized that the antenna wire was broken. I offered to just fix it. They told me they don't offer parts. I asked then for a warranty claim. I was told that broken wires don't fall under warranty.
Interesting. What does then? $130 waste of money.

We are so disappointed
We are so disappointed. I ordered this feeder for my husband for Christmas. Once opening the package at Christmas we learned it requires a 2.4 g WiFi network and will not work off 5G. We have tried for several weeks to find a solution. We are unable to establish a 2.4 connection with our network. We chatted with Wuzutech support, we emailed and were provided no support. We have called customer support twice over past two weeks and both times were told “management was in a meeting and woild get back to us”. They have never contacted us. We are requesting a return outside of the 30 day return policy because no where on the product page or the reviews provided the information that a 2.4g connection was required. We would have never purchased this item if that had been properly listed. This company has essentially refused to address our concern. We will never purchase from them again because they failed to show integrity in this matter.

I recently wrote a very negative review on WuzuTech due to my frustration with them not standing behind their product even with the extended warranty I purchased. They recently reviewed my purchase and agreed to replace the bird feeder. Received my new bird feeder today and am very pleased with their response.

Like many others i purchased the bird feeder for a gift. In less than 48 hours it was destroyed by a squirrel. I left multiple emails with no response. I finally called someone and they told me I would be refunded (I purchased a warranty!) if I followed instructions for packing. Several emails and several months later I am still waiting for my refund. Horrible horrible experience.

I bought a bird feeder with a camera for my boyfriend from Wuzutech called Happy Birdy. Within a week of mounting it outside, squirrels had chewed the plastic grid over the seed bed that sticks out the front. Within a couple more days, squirrels had chewed a large hole in the plastic wall above the camera. The squirrels were then able to jump in and out of the seed area at will. I contacted Wuzutech and was told that they only provide replacements when there's "a confirmed manufacturing defect upon arrival". I DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing the Happy Birdy feeder or any other product from this company. The feeder was destroyed by squirrels in under two weeks and customer service didn't care at all.

Horrible company to deal with
Horrible company to deal with. Their customer service is pretty much non existent. All communication has to be done through email. They have a phone number on their website but noone ever answers it. I ordered the birdfeeder off of their website on December 7th. I paid $10 for "expedited shipping" which was suppose to be 3- 5 business days. It was ordered as a Christmas gift. I didn't receive it until Dec 26th. Which was 15 business days later. I no longer wanted it so I emailed a request to send it back for a refund. I had to take it to the post office and pay for the return shipping ($15). I emailed them the tracking #. They responded that it would take 5 - 10 business days to receive my refund. It has now been 12 business days and I still haven't received it. I've had to file a claim through my PayPal account to try and get my refund. Company's like this shouldn't be allowed to sell anything on-line.

Slow response and even slower delivery
Slow response and even slower delivery. Still waiting after 6 days for product to ship. I would expect another 6 days for delivery. Finally found out product is in a third party delivery before going to USPS delivery. Credit Card has already been charged.
