Fake orders, fake shipping updates. Didn’t even try to correct problems.

Ordered a birdhouse for my wife for Christmas on December 5. Shipping updates stated that it was going to arrive by December 22. On December 22 shipping updates stated it was out for delivery. Come January 3 still no package. No answer at Customer Service. No reply to emails. Filed a dispute with my credit card company and they refunded my money. Wuzutech didn’t even try to act like they had actually shipped it. Obviously their method of operation is to take your money make you think that it’s coming and then hope that you won’t try to get your money back.

Do NOT Buy!

Do not buy! A family member wanted a bird feeder with viewing and sent me a list. I assumed they did they own research, but they used a questionable site that rates products. They thought they were using Consumer Reports. My card was charged immediately, but as it got closer to the holidays, my item did not ship. I finally opened a complaint with PayPal, and instead of cancelling my order they generated a shipping label and said it was too late. My item did finally arrive, but in the meantime I had bought a different brand, and the difference in quality is astounding. This Happy Birdy probably wouldn’t last two minutes outside. I have repeatedly asked how to return the item, but I still have no idea. They instead offered 20% off or full credit for any other item in their store and I can keep this. Their entire practice screams scam. I opened another support with them to get the address for return, but honestly, even if I do manage to get it back to them, I seriously doubt they will return my money. This company is one giant headache. I am also going to stop using PayPal, as obviously it is not the online shopping protection I thought it was.

Update- I started a return again, and this time I received an email with exact instructions and mailed the bird feeder back ($12.55 it cost me). I am now just waiting for it to arrive and for my purchase to be credited. I will update then. I also received a reply here from Wuzutech, which makes me think they are less of a scam site and maybe I experienced some seriously poor customer service on my repeated attempts for help. I will update when my return is processed.

1/28/26. Tracking information shows that they received the return on 1/12/26, but they still haven’t issued me a refund. I received no reply to the email when I sent the tracking information on 1/9/26 or to an email I sent a few days ago.

4/6/26 - It’s finally over. I had to call my credit card company and do a chargeback. Right when it was as the 30 days this scam of a company replied to the chargeback, so I had to wait another 30 days. I finally received formal notice on 4/2/26 that it was settled in my favor (I did return it in January). I also plan to never is PayPal again. I thought I was protecting myself from online purchases, but I received no help at all.

WuzuTech is despicable.

WuzuTech has provided me with a truly rememberable experience, for sure. I will not soon forget how absolutely dreadful and insulting this company is. I ordered a bird-feeder on Dec 17th. And paid for “3-5 day expedited” shipping in an effort to get it by Christmas Eve. Ha! They didn’t even bother to print the shipping label until Christmas Eve. In the mean time I got several text messages and emails from them asking me about what else I might like to buy from them. I responded in various ways that I would like an update on my current product before buying more. They always responded with “we will contact you about your reply within 1 business day”. But never did. And would then send multiple messages PER DAY about what else I might like to buy. I received my order today, Jan 2nd. And it’s all beat up, because they don’t ship it in a cardboard box, they just wrap the original paperboard packaging in plastic and tape it up. This company is despicable , and I’m going to share this review in every way I possibly can so others might not have to experience this for their loved ones Christmas present.

P.S. I see that they have replied to my review with some nonsense that only further fuels my disappointment with this company saying:

“We would truly like the opportunity to make this right. If you're willing, once we have your order details, our team will reach out to you directly to assist with next steps and a resolution.”

Ha! Fun fact, immediately after posting my review here on trustpilot I replied to their “please give us some feedback on your order” email with this exact review copy and pasted into it. They’ve done nothing to “make this right” and they’ve had all my information and order number for weeks now. They have found the time to send me more generic emails about buying more products from them though, so glad to see that hasn’t changed.

Multiple attempts to get response from customer service.

The robovac only spins in a small circle and barely picks up anything. When I inquired about a return, customer service said they could not find the order, and when I supplied them with a screenshot of the order, AND a follow-up email, they never replied again. They recommended sending an email or text. I sent a text and got NO reply.
***I will update this to say that it took REPEATED attempts to contact customer service, but we finally did get a response and returned the item and received a refund.

Ridiculous return policy

Ordered Dec 2nd as a present and received the week of Christmas. They claim a money back guaranty if you are not completely satisfied of 30 days. I tried it and it seemed to work. I have not been able to get birds at my feeder this year, so I decided it wasn't worth it and started the return. When I looked at the policy, it says they can only take UNOPENED items back!!!!! What? How do you know if you're satisfied if you don't try it? That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard and is false advertising. Absurd.

I ordered bird feeders on 16 Dec 2025 for Christmas and received a notification on 20 Dec from USPS that the label was created and I would be notified when they receive the package. It is now 23 Dec and there has been no further activity. I even paid for expedited delivery. Unfortunately I was never able to get ahold of customer service by phone only an email response responding it’s not their fault it was in the hands of USPS. Why on earth would you ship by USPS when I paid for expedited delivery ? I do not have confidence that I will receive the order by Christmas. Very lousy customer service. I will be refusing this package and contacting my credit card company to cancel the charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I had found these reviews before I placed the order.

Delayed Shipping Without Notification - Missed Christmasas

I ordered 2 bird feeders on 14 Dec 2025 for Christmas and received a notification on 20 Dec from USPS that the label was created and I would be notified when they receive the package. It is now 23 Dec and there has been no further activity. I finally got ahold of customer support and they told me there was a problem at the warehouse and I will not receive the order by Christmas. Very lousy customer service. I will be refusing this package and contacting my credit card company to cancel the charge. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I had found these reviews before I placed the order.

Horrible company

Horrible company. I looked for “25 best bird feeders” on Google for Christmas gift. It brought me to the number one feeder, which was the direct site to Happy Birdy wuzutech.

Navigation of the site was very suspicious and there was very minimal information on how to contact customer service. When I was finally able to reach someone, they assured me that my product would be shipped in a timely manner.(even though I had ordered it 2 wks prior). They then followed up with an email with a tracking link which did not work.

I tried a follow up phone call and then was unable to reach someone until I tried multiple times and had to wait for at least 15 minutes. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card. The birdfeeders ultimately came but then when I tried to get a return label to send them back, they told me they couldn’t provide me with one. They did give me a return address which was different from the address listed online

I therefore had to pay $13 to ship the product back. I don’t even know if I will get my money back with the company, but at least my credit card did reimburse me. Do not trust this company.

Placed an order on 12/11

Placed an order on 12/11. Received an email stating that my order did not process correctly. Re-did the order. GOt two order confirmations with two different order numbers. Emailed support right away requesting cancelation of one order and referenced the orde rnumber. Was told the order was already processed and could not be canceled. Responded that my cancelation request was within one minute of the email be sent to me. Got an email that order # 1 was canceled. Then received numerous emails on the remaining order with the most recent on 12/16 stating that the feeder was almost in my hands. I inquired again by email on 12/17 and was told " due to a stock out issue for the holidays it would be another 10 days before it shipped. I had a screen shot that showed the item was in stock and by ordering it on 12/11 it would arrive before Christmas. I sent this email " The item was shown as stock when I placed the order. I received an email that said the bird house was almost in my hands. You tell me I will now not get it until after Christmas.
I feel mislead! Since the item has not shipped, nor is not in stock, I am requesting immediate cancelation and a refund of my purchase. These emails will serve as record of my cancelation request and be sent to my credit card company if needed to compell said refund. Please urgently confirm my cancelation request.
I got cancelation number 2 within minutes

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. I ordered the Smart bird feeder because it was the top rated on some review sites (obviously those sites are probably connected to Wuzu as well). I received the bigger SD card fairly quickly but the feeder didn't show up. I checked tracking for the feeder and USPS has label created waiting for item. I tried contacting Wuzu through email which their site said was the best method and never heard anything back aft 24 hours or 48 hours. Tried sending an SMS text and no response. I finally got through by telephone after being on hold for 30 minutes. The person I spoke was hard to understand but he assured me the tracking would be updated in a couple of days and I would receive the feeder before Christmas. I don't believe them and think I'm going to contact my financial company and have them cancel and refund my money.

0 Stars for the this fake a** company. Purchase a happy birdy feeder from Happybirdy.co that upon researching before making a purchase showed positive reviews . I have now learned WUZUtech who disguised themselves under a different business name was the people who charged my card and said my product was delivered when in fact they never delivered anything. I’ve called customer service numerous times only for no one to ever answer or return phone calls.

Sells products they don’t have in stock!!!!!

So far I cannot say anything about the quality of the product as it has not been delivered in the time allotted. When I was searching for bird feeders I was excited to see all the cool options this one had and I ordered due to it being on sale. However when I finally got a hold of customer service they told me the reason I had not received a tracking number is because they were out of stock mean they never should have been listed and the sale never should have been made until the units were back in stock. That is a very shady way of doing business and now I don’t know if it will arrive by the holidays, it is a complete waste of the buyers time and money for them to have products for sale that they don’t even have in stock. Hopefully it comes soon and it would be nice if customer service could compensate for some of the cost but I doubt it. Read reviews before you buy.

Intentionally misleading advertisements

I purchased towels on a "Buy 3 get 4 free deal". The listing said it was $12.85 each, leading me to believe the deal was roughly $42 for 7 towels. Instead, they charged me $13 for 7 towels, $90 total. The advertisement seems to be intentionally misleading. I contacted support and haven't gotten a response. We'll see what happens.

EDIT: After quite a bit of back and forth with their Support, they offered a small refund. I'll bump them up one star for helping address the issue. They didn't acknowledge an issue with the method of advertising. Still won't return.
