Ho acquistato da poco degli orologi Casio e Casio G-Shock per la prima volta.
La merce è arrivata esattamente come da tempistiche indicate ed in perfette condizioni.

Da anni lavoro con questa azienda e trovo il servizio puntuale e veloce. Il sito è intuitivo e il feedback delle azioni molto chiaro. Consiglio di visitare il sito per scoprire i nuovi stock in arrivo. Per il mio negozio è molto utile poter ordinare anche pochi pezzi. Consigliato!

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience: their support is simple brilliant!
Shipping is quiete fast (even on the same day for goods they have in ready stock, while is up to one week if from a partner supplier of their network), selection of fashion products (watches, jewels, eyewear and more) is HUGE and I think in their field are among the best in Europe

No support, no real stock numbers..
I found them on Salehoo's directory and seemed like a good catch. Unfortunately just as I made my first "test" order, which stated "24 hour delivery", I got my first problem.. I waited patiently just to test their REAL delivery speed. After 7 days from my payment, I contacted them to ask why my order still has "Processing" in the status. Several days and several messages later they told me, the warehouse said the product was not in their stock anymore.
All this time I really struggled to get in touch with them because they NEVER answer the phone and many times the email responds with "Sorry, I am out of the office until day X". My "test" order proved too much for this company. Sorry, I will pass any future business with you..
In the end, at least they refunded my payment, but I wasted a whole month playing catch..
