Very efficient service. Kit was waiting for me when I got home from abroad Test was posted Thursday afternoon and got the results Sunday morning ( new year weekend) which I thought was very good. Good price. Will certainly use again

Promised results on line in 24 hrs upon receipt of sample...... sample arrived on 31st. Notification on the 3rd. but not saying/mentioning the result...
Did get a free NHS drive through so life could get back to normal
90mins plus on the phone appalling service.... would not recommend

I've ordered 2 x day 2 Covid-19 test: I should have received it on the 31/12/2021 - today is the 2/01/2022! and I have not received it yet.How can you isolate until a negative results? How can this be a second day test? I paid £9.99 for the delivery. Ridiculous service ,

Ordered and received day 2 PCR well ahead of my return. Took and posted the test on 30th December before 10am and received the results on the 1st January at 23:59 so 48hrs-ish. Given the reviews I had read, i had limited trust in the process so was nervous throughout as it really sounded to be hit and miss. However, my experience was overall positive.

Appalling service!
Kit arrived a day later and postponed all my plans. Test results were delivered 3 days late!!!
Over an hour waiting to get through and the response was "call us in a couple of hours"...
Absolute disgrace of the service!!!

My day 2 results arrived after 10 days. Thank you Very much. Very slow service. Test kit arrived on 6th day:(

Very efficient in delivering the tests on time and with clear instructions, easy to follow. The results did took a bit longer to come back though

I've ordered a day 2 Covid-19 test: I should have received it on the 31st - today is the 3rd and I have not received it yet. Btw, I paid £9.99 for the delivery. It looks like Royal Mail still have not received it. The same happened to my partner. Ridiculous service (without considering that these types of Covid-19 antigen tests should be far cheaper).

I would literally give 0 stars if I could. Company is an absolute joke nothing but a financial scam taking advantage of people in a pandemic. Although tests arrived relatively fast for a Day 2 PCR, the result was extremely delayed and useless. I received a negative result and 2 minutes later it had been updated to a positive result. Tried contacting them multiple times, waiting 34 minutes on the phones only to be cut off at queue position 8. I then tried messaging them multiple times-to no response!! Terrible company overall!

Please,please people don't use this company. They are running a scum and financial fraud. I ordered 2nd and 8th day tests in November. For some reason the payment was pending for 3 days but my order was cancelled shortly after I placed it. I called 1010 labs and was told to send screen shot of the bank statement as a proof that the money left my account. They also told me that the matter will be sorted within 48 hours. I waited 4 days, wrote emails with no reply and nothing happened after I wrote about my experience to trustpilot. They responded the following day and promised,that they will refund the money within 28 days. They are dirty scummers and what is worse they are supported by the government. Shame on you,people rely on you and you do this? Also government should be accountable for this fraud support "hope you are happy gettin your cut".

To be very honest, price is really affordable in comparison to other testing unit. Kit delivery and instructions are also really helpful.

The only place that I think it should improve is during the test result publishing time, which was time consuming on mine. I had to wait for atleast 3 days with no information of it whether they have received or not, is it being going through the lab or not etc. Other than that, everything is above average.

The main part is getting result on time so that we can have relax time. That is why i am giving an average performance by this unit on this matter.

I hope you will take this into consideration.

Hi , Test day 2 come after 2 days from order day , Done on 30 december , resulst come to me after 2 days .. Very happy with price only 33£ .. thank you !:)

I have ordered 2 x 2nd day PCR test volts. One of the results has been issued on time and other sample gone missing and I have to chase them to track the sample and issue the results. Not happy with the service.

I would recommend 1010 to anyone I know there service was the best we have had in the last 12 months
